waaaaaayyyyy too young .give this wine a few years as it appeared beautiful once opened but
then closed down and never gave me that typical Leonetti velvet

very surprised indeed.the wine was still in its prime ( i wouldn't wait much longer ) classic structure, nose, full cabernet.
let decant for 2 hours and it was very good over the next 2 hours,i can definetely see this wine at the tail end of its life ,but i enjoyed

Had @ Mollydooker tasting.Wine was outstanding many layers of fruit and earth with subtle flavors of casis and velvet.I do think this wine
needs time to evolve and should be a classic. The bottle will make the next dinner party a highlight

Was at Mollydooker event at Cab's Bistro in Glen Ellyn Il..Was lloking forward with great anticipation to trying this wine and i am a little confused ,
I think this wine would great served chilled with strawberries or chocolate cake or instead of an after dinner drink such as chambord, but along side traditional wines
served at room temp.id didn't do much for me.I bot some and will drink chilled

had 3 bottles last night at a dinner party all bottles pretty consistent, enjoyable wine that didn't evolve as much as i would have hoped. Not nearly as good as the 82 (97pts)
but more approachable than the '90(92+).it was great with the steak but not memorable, seemed like it still had 5+ years in it.

Drank 3/24/07 in a blind tasting and lost out to a 2000 Bond(Melbury?).The wine took 3-4 hours to open up and at it's peak was very good,i was a little disappointed as the82 Lynch Bages was one of the most enjoyable wine experiences of my life.I think it still needs a few more years.
