Color as dark as night. Aromas of earth and dark cherry jam. Dark cherry flavors that are long lasting and full in the mouth. A viscous wine that went very well with barbecue full rack of pork ribs.

Dark golden color. Viscous. Certainly not low in acid. Nice aromas of citrus and white flowers. Heat remains on the back end that is a little annoying.

I opened this wine about 4.5 hours before serving. I made sure it was at the appropriate temperature and then decanted it about an hour before serving. Aromas were wonderful dark fruit and flowers. Flavors of chocolate and dark fruit that went on and on. Great mouth feel. Not tannic at all. Really nice wine experience.

Dark fruit aroma. Aging nicely. Previous bottle drank a couple of years ago was a little tart, but there is nothing tart in this bottle. Went very well with and without steak.

A wonderful wine. Smooth to the end with wonderful balance. Dark cherry and dark chocolate aromas and flavors dominate. I enjoyed this wine with beef meatballs. Beautiful wine.

Light golden color. Medium viscosity. Aroma includes high mineralogy, honey suckle and gasoline. Flavors include tart citrus components but not lemons or apples. If you allow the flavors to linger long enough there is a very slight burn on the back end
