Had this bottle while not completely sober...

Not much i remember of it, but had an good mouse, not very fruity but complex and an good champagne as apertiff

    5/13/17, 8:20 AM - I would say: try it again, with a fresh palette. All Paul-Etienne wines are very different and elegant compared to most mainstream bubbles (sorry that felt horrible to say hehe).
