Amber in the glass, traditional Vin santo of Chianti.
Dense and sweet at the right point, it is made to drink thanks to the splendid acidity.
Very young, but already a nice drink.

Seduced in a heel, red dress.
Fine nose, a little raw and dried meat, a bit of carnivore of the Sangiovese.
Sour cream present, silk in the mouth. Maybe a little too elusive and without bang, as my wife reminded me of a Le Ragnaie drunk recently, but I found it beautiful because it was fine.

From the Alsace Eyewitness, this blend of only 14 years ...
Part with rosemary and lychee, you also hear some suspicion of botrytes in the nose.
Various and multifaceted mouth, but controlled. It does not exceed neither aromatic nor sweet (though present). Love wedding with gorgonzola lasagna.

Dïàfano all'aspetto, muto all'olfatto.
Poi arriva in bocca e due parole escono dal cuore: la prima è.... equilibrio, la seconda è... cristallino!
Eccerto, profumi sfuggenti, ma in bocca è equilibrato, fine, elagante e...alla fine.. impalbabile.
Può sembrare un difetto, visto che molti (compreso me) valutano la lunghezza di un vino, ma forse l'essenza di questo è il suo essere sfuggente. Ti fa intravedere la potenzialità e poi fugge via timido (bevibilità pericolosa).
Lo appoggio. Grande Cotat.

Garnet exhaust with pink shades.
Pink also scents: rose hips, pink pepper and cinnamon.
In the mouth it is fine and sharp, mineral and alive, still very young. Wake tasty and fresh, the final wriggling and saline.
Liked so much: to be kept in the cellar another 5 years minimum to get an idea of what will be. The premises are excellent.

The attack in the mouth is a velvet glove: all in perfect balance, fine, but with a long persistence almost saline.

Ruby garnet.
Elegant tones of leather and leather, which are combined with feelings of ground and end up with the sweet and spicy tones of dark tobacco and black pepper.
On the palate the tannins are alive and blatantly young.
The acidity in boldness, but with a nice flab that makes it succulent.
Cherry, sweet tobacco, cloves ... really still very young, but is already a pleasure drink it.

In the mouth, the perfect balance between the fruity, the sour and salt.

Complex since the gold loading and scents almost musty. Emerge notes of hazelnut and white flowers. In the mouth it is full-bodied, glycerine, but supported by sufficient acidity.
Closes long and a tad bit bitter, but it was a perfect match with the Bagoss homemade ravioli and truffle of San Miniato.

Already from the opening, with the cap half wet plum knew that, you could tell he was in front of a true Chianti.
Garnet transparent, released immediately by a nose ripe sangiovese.
Plum, blackberry, tar, black pepper: the whole is also found in the mouth, but with an acidity that makes the sip pleasant, light and long. A bit of cola and bitter orange in closing, slightly bitter, which I always find in their wines.
A really nice wine, as it would always drink, with the apex yet to be achieved.

Garnet and scents austere.
It starts with leather, net, and then cigar box. Slowly relaxes and out slight hints of cut grass, very pleasant, vanilla, cassis and a subtle smoky. After a littl,e dark tobacco and dark chocolate.
In the mouth has a touch of "nordic" and elegant, but also sweet and velvety mouth feel in the center of cassis and dark tobacco and sensations retrolfactive fresh and smoked.
In one word: balance.

In the mouth the tannins are sweet but yet with a little grip, return the olfactory sensations that end with a beautiful stretch balsamic, almost fresh.

Fine bubble and gold.
It takes a while 'to bring out the aromas, the time to go from the refrigerator temp to tasting temp.
Starts with notes of citrus and chalky, but gradually turns on notes of brioche.
Then in come the final notes of yellow peach (also canned), while maintaining acidity in the mouth and a spectacular stretch fine and citrusy.

A light touch on the final complex, perhaps a recall of incense.
However, big mouth, long but not dark.
