Tannins are super soft. Tobacco notes on the nose and balanced fruit on the palate

6/1/22, 8:55 AM - I think it will go another 5-7 years. It should continue to develop a bit more but with the soft tannins at this early stage, it’s a bit of a guess.

After about a 90 minute decant it paired great with rack of lamb and truffle mashed potatoes.
