Solid Viogner. White flowers on the nose. White peaches and acidity. For ~$10 this is a good value.

Go to bottle of Gruner. Honeydew and Asian pear on the nose- same on palate. Medium acidity and some minerality. Overall great QPR in low to mid teens $.

PnP with dinner. Nose of lychee and white flowers (jasmine?). Taste of pineapple, lychee, tropical fruits. Residual sugar is offset by decent acidity. I mainly taste Gewerst and Riesling with some Muscat, but the label says there are 9 varietals in this one. Great weeknight white for ~$12-15.

Not dead yet- great floral nose, good acidity. Great Rhone blend.

Good, but my guess is it's on the back side of the drinking curve. Dark fruits with a little bit of spice. Nice weekday wine.

Great Rhone-like nose. Palate of dark fruit (dark cherries, blackberries, some plum), medium tannins, pretty long finish. All in all I thought it was a very good wine, especially for <$20.

PnP. Nice, but not outstanding, viognier. White floral scents. Melon, flowers, and a little over acidic for my tastes. Lacking the creaminess that I've seen in several Rhone whites. The second day it was ok, but the acidity dominated. Drink soon if you still have it.

Very nice and great QPR. Dark fruit compote on the nose with vanilla and another warm spice I can't quite put my finger on. A little alcohol on the nose as well but not too obtrusive. Great palate of dark cherry, plum, spice, and vanilla. Medium acidity but soft tannins. Overall a strong effort, but I'd recommend drinking at the front end of the window.

Wow. I was expecting nothing much from a $4 bottle, but this really surprised me. Good melon and green apple fruit, some acidity to balance, and a little bit of fizzy to top it off. It's not going to blow your mind, but for $4 this just might be my wine value of the summer.

Good, non-descript German Riesling. Decent QPR at $10, but nothing that I'm running out to buy.

Ran through a vinturi and decanted 20 minutes. Very dark purple. Nose is mainly alcohol, but has a little bit of tar, some dark fruit, and a strange kashi-type smell. The taste is HOT with super-firm tannins that relaxed after the first hour. Some dark cherries, but not much fruit. Not a very enjoyable wine for my palate.

Golden raisin/brown color. Nose of caramel, plums, and something weird/chemical. Not sure if it's just my bottle, but there is a chemical type smell that would slowly blow off. High viscosity. Taste of figs, caramel.

PnP. Aromatically challenged, even after sitting out for over an hour. Initially light cherries with cellar dust and overwhelming acidity. After an hour there emerged a cherry liquor and cellar dust flavor along with violet candies. Still had strong tannins and acidity but seemed more in balance. Good wine but there are better Chianti Classicos in this price range.

Terrific Zin. Very dark purple. Nose of sour cherries. Smooth dark fruit with medium body. Decently long finish. I would definitely buy again.

Muted nose, wisps of cherry and licorice. Light ruby in color. Cherry cobbler in a glass with medium body. Wouldn't keep it around very long, but very pleasurable. Excellent QPR.

Decent pear flavors, but I thought the flavors were overshadowed by oak. Usually like Sebastiani chard, but this year just didn't do it for me.

Aroma of cocoa, dark fruit, and tobacco. Great fruit flavors and long finish. Definitely helped by decanting (very tight at first). Liked it enough to buy the 2004.

Don't agree with RP's great review- seems to be a little thin without much fruit. Some cherries from the Grenache, but it tasted more like a <$10 red table wine.

Aroma of cherries, heat, and oak. Not a bad Cab, but a little too much of a fake fruit bomb that tapered off without a great finish. Decent QPR, but there are better Cabs at this price.

A pretty good Zin- not a fruit/pepper forward wine, but nicely structured. Dark brambly fruit was somewhat lost in the structure- maybe decant or let it sit a while longer?
