Definitely needs to be drank! Not a lot of flavor, and has lost its "crispness" If you have some in your cellar, drink it now!

We drink a bottle of this every year, and it's definitely getting better with age. Open 2 hours before consuming.

Highly recommend opening bottle 4 hours before consuming. It opened up a lot and got much better! Chocolate taste. Smooth and velvety.

Got better as it opened. Opened on the lighter side. Expected more from this one based on previous Syrahs from L'Ecole. Would recommend allowing some age to develop more. Will be holding on to our younger bottles for awhile before drinking.

Very light and soft. Green apple flavor. More of an appetizer wine than dinner wine as it can easily be overpowered.

Opened and let sit for 1.5 hours. Enjoyed the first test sips more then the last. Lite cocoa nose. Chewie in the beginning, but expected it to open more as we drank. Not a lot of flavor in the bottle.

Soft nose. Soft pallet. Plum on the nose. We served with Ribeye and expected a boulder flavor. Could definitely serve this with chicken or fish. Hint of chocolate in taste. Good, but not our favorite L'Ecole.

Recommen decanting for at least 1 hour if not more. Dark cherry with smooth chocolate aromas on the nose after opening. Soft red velvet pallet. Paired well with peppered flank steak.

Very good. Thick and velvety. Thin vanilla on the nose and pallet early. Late berry (blackberry) nose and pallet. Paired very well with tri tip.

Great nose with light bright strawberry cranberry nose. Balanced fruit that emerges with time. Decanted 3 hours. Rich strawberry palette with some light leather earth. Silky Pinot. Pair perfectly with ahi and scallops.

Light. Paired well with Salmon. Had it open for 3 hours without much change. Tart cranberry. Still has some time to age.

Aged well. Needs to be consumed in the next year. Did not open up near as much as other WK wines. Light and smooth throughout. Paired well with seafood.

Cocoa and strawberry on the nose. Very young still. Needs to decant. Opened and decanted 30 min which was too short. Soft. Needs time. Open in 2021.

Starts very light. Needs time to open end evolve (1hr+). Color is still young as of early 2019. Sugary, Dark cherry nose. Flavor opens to smooth light cherry, red velvet. Not as rich and thick as expected. High alcohol content/flavor. Drink now to another 1-2 years.

Cork appeared to have some wine seepage. Opened to initial taste the was off. We decanted for a couple hours hoping it would change. Not much change unfortunately. Vinegar taste at the end. Plane to use in salad dressing mixes over the next couple days.

Drank two bottles. Decanted the first bottle for 1hr. Was very good but light. Good seafood pairing. Opened 2nd bottle and drank immediately. Had fuller body and flavor. Would recommend drinking immediately vs decanting which is unusual for and Oregon Pinot. Looking forward to drinking our last bottle soon without decanting.

Very good. Heavier than expected for an Oregon Pinot. Decanted for 3 hours helped it open. Still has life left to age.

Very good. Decanted for 1.5-2 hours before consuming and it really opened up and smoothed out. One of the better pinots we have had.

Took a while to open up, but great once it did. Definitely has the "Oregon Pinot" taste but paired well with scallops. Good bouquet as it opened and get blueberry as we drink.

Enjoyed with a paella and was delicious! Took about an hour for it to open up. Has a sweet start and a pepper finish.

Definitely a flowery nose. Very light. We decanted it for a hour, and would recommend it. Served with crab and shrimp, and it was delicious. Ready to drink now.
