An outstanding effort from the wine maker, beautifully made wine that is holding very well indeed. At this stage the fruit is in perfect balance with the tannin, the acidity complements the fruit giving a well balance sugar residual that makes the wine flourish with notes of dark fruits, light wood notes, cocoa, bits of minerals on the back with a finishing of cedar box tobacco which complements the wine to a great finish.

This is excellent example of a textbook Barolo, in the glass is showing a strong ruby color and very long legs with a brick edge on the ring. On the nose notes of cherry, herbs, tar and hints of dry raisins and earthly dust that rounds up to a lovely smooth bouquet. The palate has a chewy texture and fells bone dry with plenty of fruits notes of baked plums, dark cherry, black tea, black olives and earthly tones. This is a serious Barolo with smooths tannins, well structure, full body with a nice long finish. Very drinkable now which definitely will benefit from decanting now with a few more years of cellar time left. Excellent..

Beautiful expression of the grape and terroir. The wine possesses fabulous dark fruit notes of black berry, boysenberry pie and plums accompany with mineral notes of graphite and the oak covering on the finish. The alcohol overtakes the nose at first but not on the palate and dissipates with exposure to air allowing the fruit to come forward. The palate is dry and chewy with loads of fruits upfront covering the edges with delightful spices and smokey chocolate character. Full body with a long finish, showing well integrated tannins given the wine with a couple more years of drinking window time.

Truly love this Pinot Noir it shows that given the time to mature and coming from an exceptional vintage in Willamette help age this wine to show the craft from the wine maker. Open and decanted for 3 hrs and drink over 2 hr period. The wine is certainly approachable now with a few more years in the cellar. The color still dense and full of life, you find the age was in the nose with raising and wood with little tannins that dissipates quickly, the palate is vibrant with cherry and mountain raspberry that layers the palate with strikingly reticent and dense finish that aging give it.

Seasonal winter brew showing a dark caramel amber color with a dense cream head that reduces quick leaving a film on the glass. It shows little carbonation making the beer feel flat but it helps retain the flavours on the palate showing malted barley and chocolate notes with a finish of toffee and brown molasses that feels light but has a good attenuation on the end. Well made beer that offers interesting traits but lacks some elements to the more noteworthy examples in the style.

Pours into a lightly haze dark honey cover with sediments floating true out. Nice creamy marble head that forms some lacing which dissipates into a long film. The nose is citrus zest cover with honey and yeast. On the palate the malt come forwards , sour citrus and toasty malt on the back end with a sourness finish. Is crisp and refreshing with a medium body and a slick lightly chewy texture, great balance and good acidity with a potential for short aging 2 to 3 yrs.

This wine possesses fabulous fruit with delightful spices and a smokey chocolate character. Lovely expression of the grapes and terroir. The Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Frank, Petite Verdot and Malbec gives you and intensity notes of plum and blackberries with smoke, cassis and light wood spice. Great balance and notable for its harmony, medium body and chewy with loads of fruits still present. Long on the finish with a silkinnes that coats the palate. Outstanding effort from the wine makers, the marriage of the grape, tannin and oak is amazing and the experience to share this with family remains to last long.

Stellar wine, I was surprise as how well this bottle has age. Intense dark plum color with a light brick around the edges. The wine evolves beautifully with moderate tannins showing little bitterness from the Petit Verdot and firm ripe fruit on the palate. Full silky body at mid palate with dark plum fruits at the end gives the wine a refine character of it's terroir. I like this wine specially this particular vintage from Walla Walla Valley.

This are the moments that I live for.

Serius ripe nose, a little jammy. At firts soft on the palate with good concentration of flavours as the wines lays longer on the palate.
Very clean with plenty of tannins, dark plummy fruits with depth but no a lot of complexity. A bit young but a very good price for the quality of this wine.

Deep garnet color with dark purple around the edges.
Very pricise nose with a minty black fruit acompany by chocolate and soft fragance of violets and veggie.
Big attack at first, initially the cab fruit is big but develops and fills out with lots of layers of black fruit, very generous , yet elegant. The palate is beautifull and focused with very good balance, full body with a good structure and fine grained tannins on the finish.
An excelent wine.

A round garnet color with a dark ring around the edges. Very fresh a vibrant nose with dark fruits and a touch of cocoa; after opening up the nose is showing more fruits and tabacco with elegance and very well balance. The palate is ripe at the begining with light vanilla and cinammon flavours. Light tannic structure at firts but it builds as the wine stays longer in the mouth finishing very soft and the fruit returns on the finish with a good length. Very good now with more years to develop.

This was very good indeed, I keep this one in the cellar at 54F for over 5 half years and has proven that proper storage can improved the process of maturity on a wine. The color of deep garnet with lots of legs, on the nose plums and cherry with spices and hints of vegetables. On the palate cherry cover with peppery spices and perfectly balance oak on the end. Medium body and non tannins. Very very good with grilled NY strip.
