Deep dark purple clear.
Intense fruit on nose, blackberries, deep complex but forthcoming.
Huge in mouth but with lots fo fruit and had a soft aspect considering the complexity and intensity of everything there. VEry well balanced, can drink now but can last a lot longer. Great wine.

This wine needs decanting. I decanted it poorly and it suffered for it. We then put it through a coffee filter and thedifference was striking. Good fruit big body wonderfut finish. A notable Cabernet.

Beautiful Cabernet nose rich and deep. Very full bodied with lots of stuff in contrast to the Fidelitas. This was not clean but not in a bad way. Very flavorful rich complex with structure. Delicious wine.

Crisp steely minearly nose. High acid with good body to match. Refreshing and easy to drink. A great Chablis we thought in the traditional mode.
