Fantastic wine - beautiful straw color. Very rich with caramel apple and a strong finish. Bouquet could have been a bit better but did not impact overall experience.

Decanted for 3 hours and it opened up nicely - lovely blackberry and blueberry fruit with good balance on the acidity. Drinking very well but needs to decant, and could sit for another 5-10 years. Had it with Japanese A5 strip steak and Washgyu stake

Drank it with flourless chocolate cake and petit fours from Balthazar. Hard to describe perfection, so will leave it at that...

Still young but drinking well. Dense with dark chocolate notes and solid finish that lingers.

Solid wine with great citrus notes, but good balance on acidity. Held up well against an Indian lentil and chicken dish.

Wow, perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. Candied Apples, vanilla, and lemon zest, with saffron on the back-end. We had this wine with homemade dark chocolate torte and brownies, and it more than held its own.

Great balance and color. Initially paired with epoisses that brought out the sweetness in the wine. Then had with macarons which brought out the perfect mineral/lemon characteristics. Drinking well now and can sit for another decade or two.
