Absolute beauty wine that would make all roses in the world turn green with envy. Super polished tannins and a petite sweetness in the fruit that plays in this high tones of the specter.
This is as good as it gets.

We followed this wine for a few hours and its in a terrific place right now. Its showing only sligth maturity with a super fresh acidity. Despite being a warmer vintage this has a backbone that will support this for a long time, just a matter of how mature you like your fruit.

Nose is full of grilled citrus fruits, almonds, tonic notes, herbs and white chalk. Very elegant mouthfeel, dancing on the palate with out being heavy. Leaves the tongue polished with fine salty minerals and a fine tartness (grapefruit) that keeps it fresh.

This will continue to go a long way but today I really enjoyed this fine BdB from one of the fine climats in Champagne.

Light translucent red color with transparent edge. Great color.

This magnificent Barolo is primary and open with a light smokey nose, tar, strawberries, cranberry and roses.

I had the Albe 2011 a week ago and is this is in a completely other league. More lifted, red fruited and less dark and overwhelming.

Very drinkable right now but with quality tannins that is fun combined with the primary fruit. When the wine falls off the side of the tongue there is an excellent raspberry sweetness in a very positive way.

Finishes dry and firm as it should. But very balanced.

PnP and really expressive from Zalto Burgundy glass. A chimney of aromas.

Ripe lime, pickled ginger, iron, Yellow flowers and oat buscuits. Great bite in the mouth with citrus peel, gun powder and graphite. Broad shoulder but with focus.

Its tastes really good at room temperature. This must be entering maturity as everything is really on and very complex.

Lovely champagne that will drink well for numourous years but a pleasure now.

Carafed for 1 hour and lovely aromatics of blackcurrant, black tea, some burnt ash and some stems that are almost integrated.
Good structure and bite that one would expect from this vintage and site and good balanced tannins. Not shut down yet.

I bought a bunch on release and just wanted to make sure all is ok since Non sulphur version.
According to back label and importer this needs very stable and low cellar temperature.
The wine has already integrated some and not as green as my previous encounter. I loved it then as well.
Great freshness with herbs, pepper, cherry and pomegranate juice. Juice meant in the best sense as this is
12 % alc and flows effortless across the tongue.
No hurry to drink up here.

P&P - half bottle poored into 375 bottle for tomorrow.

Nose is open and playfull. Perfumed dried roses, salty minerals, small forrest berries and a tiny bit of smoked hay or ash.

Elegant and balanced, a small swettnes I love in burgundy wines when served at 15 degress. Tannins and alcohol peaking out as it warms up. Aftertaste of varnish and sour cherry's.

Need half an hour to open up. Dark forest floor, liquorice, violets, wet tobacco. Sweet cherry flavor followed by medium tannins suggesting me it can cellar further. Serve chilled app 15-17 degrees

First thoughts; this is sweet. After some time open notes of peach, galia, lime and skin of pomegrants/slight bitter in a good way. Could use more acid and minerality but different style. Ok wine that needs air

There is a medium yellow green colour. Nose is mineral, slate, orange fruit, grilled pineapple. Not experienced in burgundy and this entry level wine gives me taste for more. .350 bottle. Drink 2014-2016

Still to young but excellent rasberry note, mineral taste and bonfire smell. Drink in 5+ years

A little closed when opened and feel this will be better in 3-5 years. Decent brunello but a bit young and missing fruit vs tannin.
