Love this euro style Chardonnay with the clean tastes and finish and no big oak or butter. Was great with seared tuna steaks.

Decanted for 2 hours and still has structure and full taste. Finished with some leather but no harsh tannins. Will age for a few more years just fine.

Medium body typical of best Santa Barbara Chard’s. Love the balance, not like a stick of butter on oak nor an acid bomb. Smooth out of the bottle after a short time to breathe. A great wine at this price.

Very tart (overly so) with pineapple tones. Doesn’t mellow like othe vintages have.

Berry with a tart start that mellows at the finish. Could age a couple more years.

Decanted for 2+ hours after a few years in a wine fridge. This vintage is losing some of its fruit flavor but has a nice soft tobacco flavor. Should be drank soon. One bottle left which will be drunk before Christmas.

Nice plum and cherry flavors. Smooth but feel this should age until 2023 to let the sour/berry notes mellow.

Even with the aging in the bottle, not too sweet. Taste of peaches with a bit of honey. Very smooth. Looking forward to my last bottle of this vintage.

Lots of plum jam and medium tannins. The cork split on opening and the bottle has a fair amount of sediment so open carefully and decante.

Tasted at Meadowood Restaurant and it was INCREDIBLE. Amazing body and aroma for a wine 15 years old. Still has some tannin bite so Would likely age for another 5 years OK. Wish I had this in my cellar.

Tasted at the winery and it nice and soft with great light flavor. Ready to drink now or within the next couple of years.

Tasted at the winery and found it to be too young and tight. Will let my bottles age until 2023 or later to mellow.

Smooth but not too sweet. Taste of melon with honey.

Decanted for about 2 hours and had a nice hit of cherry at first sip but finished very smooth. Nose has some tobacco. Could still age longer but is great now. Too bad that was my last one of this vintage.

Very mellow and smooth. Nice flavors of cherry and a little spice on the finish. Definitely ready to drink now.

A young bottle when I opened it. Was a bit acidic after opened but smoothed out nicely after breathing for an hour. Taste starts with ripe citrus flavors with a bit of vanilla near the finish. Will let my other bottles age a couple of years.

Very light and not like a port. But very good and smooth. Not sure I should have waited this long to drink but I would buy again.

Very nice Pinot. Not a lot of barnyard/musty tones but very clean.

Found this old bottle buried in the cellar. Still good but lost the crisp fruity notes typical of this wine. It had mellowed and got darker and a little syrupy. Definitely wish I had found/drank this about 5 years ago.

Decant and let breath for 2 hours to soften. Probably can last another 3-4 years in the cellar.

Decanted for 2 hours and complimented my NY Steak beautifully. Light tannins. Drink soon.

Ready to drink now. Open and doesn’t need much time to breath before becoming nice and smooth. No big tannin bite with this wine.

Got this at a Wine Exchange but think I opened it too early. Decanted for an hour or so and it was still a big strong Pinot unlike any other Pinot I’ve had, to the point where my wife and I couldn’t drink it. It wasn’t “off” or spoiled, just too strong up front, almost like a big Cab with strong tannin.
