Nice floral notes with notes of red cherries, plums and a hint of herbs. The tannins are now silky smooth. Definitely in window. Drink up.

Nice, supple CdP. Lots of bleach cherrie and plum. Hints of graphite. This is a great wine starting to hit its stride. Should age well for another 5 to 10 years at least.

Opaque purple color. Fragrant bouquet of black cherry, blackberry, pencil lead, and Asian spices. Extremely viscous, which leads a long, lingering finish. Still tanic after popping and pouring. Has enough body to easily last another decade.

Nice, solid zin for the price. Lots of spice and pepper, with nice dark fruit flavors. Still vibrant and should last at least another 5 years.

A beautiful sauterne. Each sip provides an explosion of apricot, fig, and honeysuckle on the palate that makes you keep coming back for more. The wine provides a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, and has a long, supple finish. I wish I had another bottle. Enjoy!

Beautful bottle. Nice floral notes accompanied by red licorice, bramblie fruit, and hints of oak. The palate is full of dark fruit, cocoa, and cassis. The tannins are soft and well integrated.

Wonderful Napa Cab, with classic favors of cocoa, cassis, blackberries and saddle leather. On the second day, the wine was absolutely supple and delicious. Can't wait to try another bottle in a few years.

Very nice Napa cab, with loads of cassis, dark brambly berries, and chocolate. Tannins are not yet fully resolved. Needs a few more years of bottle time, but is showing great potential. Hold off, or decant for a few hours if you must drink now.

Still a baby, but developing very nicely. The cork showed absolutely no sign of creep. I plan to wait another 3 to 5 years before opening another.

Beautiful wine. Opened up nicely after about an hour of air. Wonderful aromas of purple flowers, blue and black berries, all of which mingled nicely with a hint of tobacco and spice. The tannins are still young, suggesting the wine should easily age for 10 to 20 years, but is very approachable now with a little air. On the palate, the wine is beautiful mixture of blue and black berries, cassis, cocoa, and a hint of old leather. All in all, it keeps you wanting to come back for another sip. Hard to ask for more.

Developing nicely. Classic cabernet sauvignon. Deep, rich aromas of black berries, chocolate, cassis, with a slight hint of leather. On the palate, the wine has a nice supple feel and the flavors match the nose nicely with a medium to long finish. The tannins have already resolved quite nicely, but I can see this wine easily lasting another decade.

These babies are starting to enter their drinking window, and it has been well worth the wait. After 30 min. of air, the wine still has a slight barnyard smell, that should dissipate with more air. Behind the barn are aromas of red raspberry, cherries, and spices, and Tuscan flowers. The wine has a supple, silky mouthfeel with a medium to long finish with a flavor profile of red fruit that matches the aroma. Outstanding effort.

Good QPR. Drank from a Magnum, PNP. All of the tannins are fully integrated. No decanting needed. After all of these years, there is still a nice aroma of blueberries and cassis. On the palate there are flavors of dark fruit with a tinge of cocoa. The wine has a nice mouthfeel, although the finish is short as one would expect. In the Magnum format, this wine still has a little life left, but it is definitely time to drink if you have any remaining. It will only last another year or two.

The wine of the evening. Beautiful amber color. The flavor profile is dominated by apricot with hints of orange, carmel and toffee, with a light to moderate sweetness.

Wow! Dark brambly fruit, with hints of tar, bacon, and pepper. The finish continues for ever. Very complex and multi-dimensional, but not over done. Look forward to drinking another one of these in a few years to see how it has developed.

An awesome Napa cab. After an hour of decanting the wine began to really shine with dark blueberries, cassis, and loads of chocolate. Drank from a 1.5L and could still use a few more years in the bottle to allow the tannins to further resolve. If you have a bottle of this, it won't disappoint.

This wine can be drank with just about anything or on its own. It is drinking very well right now without any decant. Could easily age a few more years. The tannins are almost fully integrated. Not much nose, but on the palate, the wine exhibits flavors of cassis, black currant, spice and leather. I look forward to continuing to see how it develops over the next several years.

Powerful bouquet of currant, black berries, and minerals with a hint of vanilla. After about 1 1/2 hours this baby began to show its true potential. A wonderful mix of black fruit, spice and mineral with a finish that goes on forever. Tannins were supple and well integrated. Going to hold off drinking another bottle for at least 5 years.

A nice treat after a long day at the beach. Cork was in fantastic shape, but wine is definitely showing signs of rust. It is time to drink this baby if you have any remaining in your cellars. Wonderful aromas of red berries, spice, and leather on the nose. The tannins were smooth and well integrated. The wine had a medium finish on the palette with flavors of raspberries, cherries, roses, cinnamon, and currant. Enjoy now if you have some remaining.

WOW! An absolutely amazing wine drinking experience. Easily the best CdP I have had to this point. A deep inky/purple color with sweet aromas of licorice, lavender, black fruit and plums. Concentrated, but not over extracted like many CdPs. On the palate, the fruit lingered for ever with layers of cocoa, graphite, and espresso mixed in. I look forward to trying another one of these in a few years.

Very easy to drink. But, if you have this, you should drink now. There is little fruit left. The bottle evolved over a 4 hour period, showing pepper on the nose and the palate. Over time, that dissipated and it became a very subtle Bordeaux style wine.

A full-bodied interesting blend of Petite Syrah 45%, Petit Verdot 28%, Zinfandel 18%, and Malbec 9%. Dark inky garnet in the glass. Aromas of dried roses, cherries, cassis, and spices. On the palate, the wine is huge, yet the tannins are well integrated. There are flavors of of dark berries, coco and a hint of tobacco. Great wine. Should easily last another 5 to 10 years.

Take me back to the Cote d'Azure. Love the stuff. A very soft nose of citrus and strawberries. On the palate there are flavors of grapefruit and a hint of red berries with a certain amount of minerality.
