Nose of pure cassis. Very focused and elegant, even discreet. In the mouth, some oak reveals itself. Not a huge wine but not without its charms.

Light Gold. Lighter than your usual chardonnay. Typical Californian nose of apple, honey, pear, butter and oak. Balanced and elegant. Oily with just enough acidity. Lacks a little bit of fruit on the palate to be excellent.

Light, yellow pale color. Discreet and elegant nose. Bigger and longer than expected on the palate. Very Juicy, lots of exotic fruits and citrus. Better than the 2008 Cloudy Bay.

Typical gamay color (light red) and nose, with cherriy, strawberry and some banana. Light bodied, silky, elegant, very easy to drink but not unforgettable. Goes great with light fare and fish. Ari's favorite beaujolais.

Always reliable. In a style that is more mineral and salty than fruity, as it was in previous years. The quintessential NZ SB.

Had a bottle at 42 restaurant in White Plains on top of Ritz Carlton at a dinner with FL,IS,DS.

Very nice nose, typical of Oregon Pinot Noir, with Cherry and Oak. Very delicate and elegant wine with surprising and welcome acidity on the finish.

A very good surprise, that went very well with Duck Risotto and Lamb Cassoulet.

Very atypical style for a Rielsing. Closer to a Sauvignon Blanc. Petrol, minerals, lemon and grapefruit on the nose. Nice acidity. Medium body.

Nose of lemon and vegetable
Light bodied but slightly mineral and on the salty side.
Not my favorite style of SB because not fruity enough but would go very well with oysters.
