Traditional Sangiovese nose & taste but great balance & long finish. Also very well priced. We ordered more!

On the nose: cherry & strawberry.
On the palate: thin, short finish. Light like a Pinot Noir, Disappears quickly like Casper the ghost!

This full bodied wine is soft on the palate with a long finish. It is very well balanced with a little too much oak for my tastes, but most would love it. I'm rating it a 92, but if you like the oak, you'll probably want to rate it a 94 or more.

Bold for a merlot. There’s a nice touch of cinnamon and cigar on the palate that I didn’t sense on the nose. I like this wine very much.
Highly recommend!

Soft & well balanced. Dark plums with a small amount of vanilla. Long finish. Great wine we enjoyed with steak

Fantastic wine! It’s intense so be ready. Cedar box galore with cherry juice coming at you in all directions. Well balanced balanced with a long finish.

I’m a fan! On the nose, there’s LOTS of dark fruit. I thought it would be heavier on the palate from the way it smelled. Not that it was disappointing, but it was a little thinner than I expected. A touch of vanilla, but not too much (thank you!). The dark fruits come bursting through with a little cigar/cinnamon. I would rate it 94 if it had a longer finish. For $16, this is a great wine!

This is full of fruit . . . fake fruit. Like a fruit rollup but worse. Jammy and fake. Not good. That's all I can say.

This is the best $10 wine I’ve ever had. Wine Enthusiast rates it at 90 points and I agree. Amazing for the price!

Not good. Either I stored it beyond its drinking window or it was never that good. Judging from the other comments, it was never great.

After all these years, this wine is still BIG! I decanted for an hour (after having a sip) and it could use more time in the decanter. This wine is delicious! I'm not certain it's worth $70 and 15 years of storage, but it's great.

I agree with the other tasting noters, but it's too sweet for me. It's more like a sweet Riesling than a white blend.

I've been holding this bottle for a long time. Honestly, I was hoping it would be better, but I still like it. It could last a few more years as it's still tannic. I think a few more years in the cellar would help it mellow. I decanted it for about 2 hours - trying a sip every 15 minutes.

It's full of dark fruit, full bodied and well balanced. Others have done a good job of describing it, so I won't go into more details.

Oh My! This is wonderful. I'm glad I cellared this and held it until now. I don't need to get into all of the details and sound geeky - it's simply delicious!

I didn't score this wine because it's possible that it is past it's drinking window. The wine is very thin. No complexity, no weight, no nothing. Disappointing for a $34 bottle and not typical of a Patricia Greene wine.

Nice. Nothing overly special, but a simple Chardonnay. Lots of citrus and little oak (which I prefer in a Chardonnay). It's light and refreshing.

I found 3 bottles of this in my cellar and thought I'd better drink them up (at least one). It's probably past it's prime, but it's still good. The wine is mellow and smooth, but lost some of it's dark fruit flavors. If you have any left, better drink up.

(I still have 2 more bottles of this delicious wine!)

I found this in my cellar and decided it was time (almost out of time, to be honest). On the nose: there's tobacco, dark fruits and a mellow finish. On the palate: it's smooth, well balanced, plenty of dark fruit. Did I mention smooth? Wish I had more of these bottles left.

Love how Hendry has made this Chardonnay (the way a Chardonnay should be) - naturally. Not oaked up with a bunch of fake makeup.

I like this a lot. Light, crisp - like a chardonnay should be - without the oaky coating so many winemakers add.

Still tannic, so definitely decant. I don't think this wine is past it's prime (as an earlier comment said). Nose is dark fruits mixed in with a little leather and cigar. On the mouth, it's a little thin at first and then has a bold finish that goes on and on. I like it! Having with filet mignon.

Big & bold. Definitely needs some time in the decanter. I've been cellaring this wine for years yet it could easily last 2-3 more years. The tannins are still strong.

Delicious!

Dark fruits and herbs. Quite bold for a Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Time to finish these off as it appears to be reaching it's end. Still good, however.

I have 3 bottles of this and have been storing them for 9 year. The drinking window was supposed to be until 2020. Unfortunately, that's not true. I opened bottle #1 and it appears to be past it's prime. Not terrible, but the vinegar taste is present. If you are holding this, don't any longer.
