Reminiscent of the 2010 - but not as much cooked mulled fruit
Tannins carry the fruit - PnP has a slight over extraction but not much - most likely needs to just open up
Out of the 4 tried(2013 to 2010) this one leaves you wanting more

On nose
Lemon peel, lemon grass - minerals prevalent as well - hints of lime? Slight crème brúlèe - under ripe cantaloupe
Golded straw color in glass
Soft tones up front - not as bright and fruit forward as it looks. Crème brúlèe is on the end by only slightly
Slight apple sauce
Medium to low acidity
Remember whites are not my favorite

I agree with everyone else's description
JAN 13th is not a bad time to drink this. Get some rich foods and cheeses and go to town if you can find the 2012 anywhere

Pale straw yellow color with a candied butterscotch (I know sounds strange) scent
Light lemon to almost lemon grass on the nose as well
Light up front but enticing. Mid plate goes to interesting fruit structure, then a good slight hint of creamy feeling carries flavors into a long finish of slight oak and ever so slight butter

Nice forest floor on the nose - very easy wine to introduce French wines to a customer
Lighter than I would have thought in the glass very bright ruby colors as well
Tannins half way through the palate that give way to fruit and vanilla
2 or 3 year old barrels but used for white wines previously
Slight white pepper as well- I think the Mourvèdre really adds a lot to the wine
Need to open up. PNP is completely different on the nose. Definitely more fruit forward- it may need a good hour but worth it

Both are wonderful with an earthy dishes

The 2012 let's your meal be the main flavor. 2011 will meld and attempt to race the meal.

For an unfiltered wine this is well done
Must and sediment are present on the nose
Good fruit flavors mixed with earth tones on the palate
Tannins carry the flavors but are soft. For this blend it is soft but can hold itself with meals. With a thick - non meat - tomato/red pepper puree this wine is perfect
Works well with fresh fishes as well as meats
Also note I enjoy unfiltered wines.
