2/23/18, 1:54 AM - Thanks for the comment and the clarification.Indeed if no disgorgement than would be cloudy due to the remaining yeast. Like Prosecco col fondo. So for me to understand....1. You bottle the wine before it's finished fermentation?2. At bottling time No sugar is added but the remaining residual sugar and yeast will continue the fermentation in the bottle?3. Disgorgement is done to remove the dead yeast and bottles are filled with wine from other "une bulle" bottles.
