pale golden color. medium + intensity on the nose, white flowers, citrus fruit. Palate shows some nice richness but with the fresh finish. Citrusy with and nice bitterness that adds to the fresh aftertaste.

nose has a mix of green notes with citrus touch. asparagus, unripe apples. Palate is fresh with marked acidity, makes you salivate. Nice saline and mineral touch.

as you open it, hint of petrol on the nose, typical for the grape.
Followed by citrus fruit, some ripe yelloe fruit also.
Palate is fresh, with good citrusy acidity. Can take both seafood and a wide variety of cheeses. Good value Riesling.

a nice Chenin based sparkling wine from the Loire.
Expressive nose, notes of yellow fruits, some pears also. Baking notes. Palate is fresh but with some richness also.

Beautiful aromatic. Ripe citrus fruit. Ripe grapefruit. Hints of petrol, so characteristic of the grape. Palate is dense and rich but with still good freshness. Loong. Excellent wine

Color has a garnet edge. Nose with warm and ripe black fruits. Cassis and black berries. Some spice, star anise, some animal and wild notes. Palate is ripe with integrated tannins. Same black fruits. Nice structure. Loong finish. Very nice wine. Drinks perfectly now, but can be cellared for a few more years. Good wine and very good price quality ration.

The Grand élevage old Vines 2015 vintage.
Lime on the nose with a nice saline touch. Palate is both fresh and rich now, with the age. Lime, saline note also on the palate. Loong. Very precise. Excellent with the Morteau saussice and Morbier cheese dish. Winter cozy food and wine

Expressive Cab franc nose. Pencil shavings, blackcurrants, touch of leafy note. On the palate is ripe, with black and red cherries. Drinks beautifully now but can still age a few more years. Liked it.

a Tannat and Cabernet blend. Its really drinking ok now, its not a Tannat that will have lots of dry tannins, has power, but nice acidity also. Ripe fruit. A nice balanced ans approachable already Madiran.

Oak aging for over 1 year.
Drank over 3 days. Still young. Color has a brick edge. Nose with cedar notes. Black fruits also. Cigar and some leather. Some pepper notes also. Palate has chewy tannins, nice structure with plenty of fruit to balance. Nice powerful wine still in it's youth.

Mostly Grenache with some Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre.
Aged in concrete and 10% in oak large barrels.
Young color. Sweet nose but on the fresh side. Ripe red fruits. Very Grenache. Some pepper notes. Alcohol well integrated, you don't feel the 15%. Very nice and fresh for a Rasteau.

Smoother also. More spicy and round. Tannins integrated..opens up slowly. Brick edge. Dark fruits..blackberries. Some spice and leather notes. Smooth. Black fruits palate with a good length.

Light Ruby red. Perfumed nose. Ca pinot. Has a bit of the warmth of the south, but keeps it fresh. Raspberries and red fruits. Same raspberries and strawberries on the palate, with an excellent acidity on the finish. Nice wine

Nose with pronounced minerality. It opens up with some peaches, hint of pears. Stone fruits. But with a mineral core. Palate is fresh. Same stone fruits. Good persistence.

nose is a bit restrained. savoury, some tabacco. it opens with some sweet spices and red fruits. Palate is warm but elegant, with a minty/coconut freshness from the american oak? ellegant and long.
drinks perfectly but can be cellared a few more years with no problem

Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah and some other souther rhone grapes. Intense color. still dark core, with a bit of orange hue. it stands still young. Nose with ripe black fruits. some kirsch. some blue fruits also.
ripe without being jammy. Palate is pretty fresh, to be honest I was afraid it could have been overripe, also considering the new vintages display 15.5-16% of alchohol...this one was just 14%.
loong and persistent.
very good wine.

It's a citrusy saline adventure. Perfect with a plateau de fruit de mer. It's fresh but with some body. Citrus fruit. Saline after taste. Excellent.

Palate is round but with good overall freshness. White flowers. Long abricot and vanilla aftertaste. Nice wine. Full bodied but chapeau for the fresh touch. Can be cellared for a few more years.

Syrah mourvèdre and grenache blend from the Languedoc,
Initial nose is very Syrah. Meaty, bloody, with blueberries. Some notes of garrigue. After 1 hour more black fruits and sweet spice.
Palate is incredibly fresh. Juicy. Tannins in a supporting cast role. Good length.

Palate is on the same green fruits but with some pears also. Same stoney minerality also on the palate Steely acidity. Loooong to very long.

A comfy and warming wine. This old vines grenache and syrah.Aged in small barrels and demi muids. Has a ripe nose. Black fruits, kirsch, blackberries. Some tar. Sweet spice, some Szechuan pepper. Full bodied on the palate rich but some freshness also, keeps the alcohol in balance. Although at 15% it's pretty smooth.

Aged in tank. On schist. Ripe warm and spicy. Red and black fruits. Has the elegance of Faugeres schist wines. The freshness too. Excellent by itself but can be a foodie wine also

The nose is not open at first. Hints of spice, some red fruits. Palate has ripe raspberries, warm but with good freshness and present tannins. Has the structure to age. Pretty long.
Excellent with a bavette.
