Cellared this bottle since received. Opened for a very special celebration then let it sit for about 2 hours. It was every bit as good as expected and perhaps even better.
Not sure that is truly worth the price but an excellent, well balanced, nicely structured wine. Excellent from nose to lingering finish. If you’ve never had it, try it once. You will be sold - despite the price.

The '14 Blueprint is an excellent wine and outstanding value. It offers much for $70. Well structured, well balanced, great flavor and a very nice, lingering, long finish. Drinks well now and should for many years to come. Buy a case before its gone.

This is a good wine now but it will improve with time. Buy it and hold it. You'll be glad you did. It has a nice pleasant nose. Easy on the palate but a bit tannic. Long finish and well balanced overall.

You're going to love it. But this wine is too young to drink now. It has a lot going on but is wound up tight. Lay it down for at least 2 years then watch out - it will be fantastic. Buy a case then forget about it until 2020.

Our first taste of the 2013. Decanted for an hour. Then enjoyed this superb wine starting with a pleasant floral nose. Tasty hints of cherry in an incredibly balanced and well structured vintage. This wine will do nothing but improve with age. Get some and lay it down for a few years. You'll be glad you did.

Having never had this wine before, I was a bit skeptical. This wine, I'm happy to say, changed my mind. With a powerful bouquet, great balance and structure and lasting finish, it is a very nice wine that makes me want to get more.

The 2007 vintage is just a winner. This is no exception. Decanted for about an hour and it has opened up very nicely. Great balance. Great structure and smooth finish. Hidden Ridge is a quiet over achiever - especially the impassable reserve.

I've tried its little brother, Worthy, and I bought three bottles of Axios over a year ago. This is the first and well worth the wait. A very nice deep red color, with full nose, strong tannins but nicely balanced. Love the finish too. This is an excellent wine.

I've had Lail Blueprint (great stuff) many times but this the first time enjoying its big brother. It is worth every drop. Its nose, multiple flavors, incredible balance and smooth lingering finish is superb. Glad I have one more bottle to enjoy this outstanding wine again.

Deep dark red color, strong but nice nose, robust flavors and great balance. Very, very nice wine.
I bought three bottles 2 years ago and this is the first one we've tasted. Can't see it getting any better than where it is now. If you can find it, buy it. It won't disappoint.

I've cellared this wine for nearly 2 years and very glad to have laid it down. This is a very good wine. Surprisingly good. Nice nose with great balance on the palate. It has a very smooth lingering finish.

Nice nose, very smooth, very tasty, nice lingering finish. Excellent. We Love this wine. Wish we had more as only one left in the cellar. The suggested dates (from cellar tracker) to drink this wine say it is almost past its prime but we disagree. It is drinking very, very well right now with no hint of degradation.

Nothing stands out about this wine except that it is just a very good, flavourful, smooth, good finish wine.

it has been a while since enjoying Mondavi cab. Such a good wine and for about $23 - very hard to beat.
The bouquet has a lot going on that it's hard to pinpoint all the pleasantries it offers. Smooth on the palate. Well balanced. Good structure and nice tannins. Excellent finish. With so many choices of outstanding CA cabs available, this is one of the best values year in and year out. The '12 drinks well now and will for years to come. Buy a case - drink half now and save the rest to enjoy over the years.

This was our second attempt at this wine. It was worse this time than I remembered. Not a pleasant nose and even worse flavor. Not much depth or structure with disjointed flavors. I would not recommend this wine.
There are far too many other Chiantis worthy at this $21 price point.

Anything but a Freakshow. Good, solid, full Michael David wine.
Spicy, vanilla nose. Well balanced with lots of vanilla and a touch of cherry yet not too sweet at all. This is a good, very drinkable wine - especially at less than $20.

Decanted about an hour before tasting. Wonderful, sweet floral nose with a hint of cinnamon . First taste is excellent. Subtle, cherry flavors but not jammy. Body is well balanced - not too heavy or oaky. No smoke.
Smooth, easy finish. This is a very good wine and should be good several years from now.

This is not a good wine. We tried a second bottle and it was much the same as the first. The nose was just wrong. The body was disjointed and had flavors never before encountered. I have two more bottles of this $50+ wine than I would not even give away. Next time I will not buy first then try. Lesson learned.
