How on earth did this wine get 94 pts from James Suckling & 92 pts from Wine Advocate? The wine offers up nothing on the nose, (not even a trace of that typical American oak vanilla), tastes like grape juice, is lacking acidity and has a short nondescript finish. I can't even say that I opened it too soon, because I couldn't find any tannin. It's drinkable, but that's about it.
