2nd bottle after 2 years. More astringency and tannins than 2 years ago. Strange phase with beautilful long cherry aftertaste. It still needs some time (about 3 years) to mature.

Still young medium ruby colour. Plums, spices and smoke on the nose. Fresher style of Bordeaux with black berries, pencil, dark chocolate and lower tannins. Very good with meal. Good QPR.

Another bottle after 2 years. It has been ready to drink now. It has really improved and matured. Tannins are calmed down. There are some tercial notes like cedar box or tobacco. Cherries, caramel. Very good matured 100% merlot. On its top.

Darker colour than normal Bourgogne with ruby notes due to Gamay. Also more fruity than clean Pinot Noir. Some bannana notes from Gamay. Crispy, hints of caramel and vanilla from oak. Drinkable, fine lighter fresh food wine. Good QPR.
