Temp: 15,9 °C

Klar, mörkt rubinröd.

Korrekt, medelintensiv med doft av körsbär, järn, blod, Herbes de Provence, vanilj.

Torr, intensiv smak av torkade örter, timjan, mörka bär, rått nötkött.

Medelfyllig kropp, medlelhög syra och lång eftersmak.

Elegant apple, some chalk.
Creamy mousse.
Clean. No malolactic. Somewhat flowery, but not fruity, rather green and mineral-like.
