I like sweet wines like Moscato’s, so I knew I would probably like this wine since it is a Demi-sec wine. (I also love bubbles). This wine has a sweetness to it which I really enjoyed, not as sweet as a Moscato, but sweeter than your typically rose. For me this was a perfect level of sweetness for a nice day. (Sitting on the patio or screen porch or sitting and working on the weekends while sipping a nice rose bubbly!) I really enjoy this wine and will be order more bottles. If you don’t like sweet wines at all, this wine is not for you. If you like sweet wines or wines that are on the sweeter side, you will probably love this rose bubbly, it is awesome! One of my favorite rose bubbly wines.

We left this wine sit for about 20 mins in our glass and it opened up. It was a good wine that we enjoyed.

This wine has a nice unique flavor which we enjoyed. We started with a regular white wine glass and then switched to a Pinot noir glass (bowl glass) as recommended by the wine maker and the flavor was very different and better. We really enjoyed this wine!

We left this wine breathe for about 30 mins. This wine has a great dark fruit flavor. I am having a hard time identifying the flavors, it is just a good smooth/polished flavor I’d dark berries/fruit. This is a great wine, which is easy drinking. We really enjoyed this wine.

We left the wine decant for 45 mins. It taste young and like it has more opening up to do. (Going to leave half the bottle for tomorrow to see how it opens up.). Some nice flavors in the wine, can’t describe or pin point all of them which makes the wine and flavors somewhat mysterious.

Beautiful burgundy in color with a nose that highlights the red fruits that give this wine a beautiful depth. An earthy base on the palate gives way to prune and pomegranate notes and finishes clean and dry. Highly recommend if you enjoy a big, Spanish or Tuscan red.

We kept the wine in our cellar for a few years. This is a nice smooth wine. Butter and dark berries on the nose. Nice and smooth as you drink it, butter, cherries and light prune on the flavor.

We really enjoyed this wine. Great Pinot Noir that we will continue to buy future vintages. We always love Daryl’s wines.

This is a very enjoyable wine. Often, it’s not easy to find a true buttery red but this has a depth of flavor that underlies the butteriness and gives way to warm fruit flavors. Highly recommend for a red fan who wants an awesome go-to wine.

Tasty and a good representative for petite sirah. Fruit forward and the nose has an unquantifiable quality I can only describe as fresh donuts. The flavors are bold and dark as a petite sirah should be. Dark plum and tobacco as well as hints of black pepper on the tongue; very good and highly recommend.

After letting this wine sit for a couple of years we tasted and enjoyed it. It ages well and has a nice depth by comparison to when first purchased. Fruit forward with nose of cherry and bright red fruit, the flavor is bright and lingers nicely with jam and cherry on the tongue. A beautiful wine, though not a typical tempranillo.
