Outrageous sediments but after decanting twice and 2 hours drank like a true California cab. 2 more bottles to go can’t wait.

Ruby red but robust hints of cherry on the nose maybe a bit the mint and licorice on the back. Very smooth after about an hour only have 1 more but will wait to see how this develops next year. Solid Pinot.

Decanted 2 hours very smooth purple color with hints of blackberry and currants. Beautiful Shiraz which still has 7 plus years. Enjoy!

Very smooth I anticipate that holding a few years longer will yield a very good cab franc. Lots of forward notes ofblackberries and cocoa. Long finish we’ll worthy of a rib steak.

Well this wine certainly is not pass its prime, mind you it was and is cellared properly still have 2 left. Tobacco at the nose, soft tannins with dark berries. Very nice still but maybe has a year left if cellared enjoy!

Opened up nicely! Last bottle big berries on the nose little tobacco on the end cellared at 55 degrees
