Sits alone in the spectrum of sauvignon blanc. Highly extracted and reductive. This is a massive sauvignon blanc moving toward a dessert wine. So much glycerol, it can seem 'sweet' to a novice. Other than that, fruit somewhat mutedd by alcohol. Lemon yellow, clear to rim, massive legs. long finish. a very respected place in the cellar.

I wanted to like this wine. ruby to garnet, color to rim, explosive red cherry runs to laser-like acid. Complexity is lacking. Enjoying Rosies since 1996, not one of my faves. Violets temper body.

Pale to golden yellow, color to rim. Thick legs and reminiscent of the SB. New world chardonnay in your face. Olivet and its clone carry through all producers here. It's definitely a 'different' chardonnay. With home made rotisserie chicken, rosemary potatoes, hand cut cole slaw. Winnner winner.
