Excellent blend of merlot and sangiovese.

Very good match for a reverse-seared entrecote with sweet potatoes.

Still a bit young in my eyes. Great and tight tannins. A bit too tight on opening, improved immensly with 4 hours of air, and was also really good after 24 hours.

Fruity and tobacco, hint of cherry.

Nice balance of yeast, freshness and acidity. Hint of sweet cherries and wild strawberries. Very nice with spicy food.

Very nice acid and some salty minerals to this. Matching good with kimchi, duck and lime satay chicken.

Cloudy dark amber.

Fruity on the nose but also buttery and honey.

Long strong taste of apricot, boxwood, and green fruit.

Very nice by it self but enjoyed it with some salmon and tabbouleh.

Kept very well. Still a bit tight from the bottle, so recommend a couple of hours air. Then it opens up beautifully with cherry, violet and hints of pepper and toasted hazelnut.

Not near to being over the top, so I'll add a couple of years to the drinking window.

Served with leg of lamb from the rotisserie and a potato/fennel-gratin.
