Decanted about 2 hours and paired with bacon-wrapped antelope tenderloin steaks grilled. Outstanding wine with dense dark fruit, cassis, grilled meat, glycerin, hint of spice with well integrated tannins. Very long and satisfying finish. Superb.

Another great effort by PM. Beautifully balanced wine with notes of lemon curd, honey, crushed stone. Seemingly endless finish with good acidity. Sadly, my last bottle but PM will continue to deliver great wines like this - I just received 4 cases yesterday!

Amazing wine - loads of dark fruit, oak, nicely integrated tannins. This wine is complex and extremely satisfying. A bit more complex than my first bottle I consumed in 2016. I doubt this wine has peaked.

My last testing note for this wine goes back to 2009! I gave it a high score then but it's definitely drinking better now with very concentrated dark fruit: black cherry, raspberry, plum with notes of licorice and spice on the finish. This wonderful effort from CdP paired perfectly with grilled antelope filets with port wine reduction sauce. I'm a big fan of CDP and while I have sought after and more expensive wines in this category, CdP is a perennial favorite and I find it tough to beat (and a relative bargain).

I bought this wine in 2012 and this is the first bottle I've drank. Decanted 3 hours. This is an amazing wine, 80% cab franc so very concentrated, powerful, yet silky smooth with sweet tannins. Notes of raspberry, cherry, floral elements - just beautifully balanced and nuanced. I suspect this wine will improve over next 10-15 years so don't rush to consume!

I drank my only bottle of T6 2007 with grilled rotisserie antelope and what a treat! Just a beautiful wine. Decanted 2 hrs., waves of dark fruit, black raspberry, dark cherry, mocha, damp earth. Tannins were well integrated and finish was long and satisfying - another great effort by Schrader Cellars.

A great chard - notes of citrus, peach interwoven around core of minerals. Excellent concentration and balance. I don't know if this has peaked or not but it's sadly my last bottle so others will have to weigh in on that.

Great single vineyard KB pinot. Well balanced fruit - strawberry, dark cherry, raspberry giving way to long finish. Will probably benefit from more aging although I only have one bottle left.

This wine continues to amaze but I must resist drinking any more bottles for a while, as the wine is still quite youthful. Dense dark fruit with waves of cassis, raspberry, black cherry, cedar, and spice. Tannins still prominent but well integrated. Very long finish, 30+ seconds. We drank this with grilled bacon-wrapped antelope filets with port wine reduction sauce - delicious and decadent pairing!

Decanted this wine about 60 minutes but in hindsight would have benefited with longer decanting. Paired with grilled bacon-wrapped filet mignon with Roquefort butter topping. This is a monolithic wine with very concentrated dark fruit, velvety texture and prominent tannins. I think more cellaring will benefit this wine but it's certainly drinking very well now.

This wine continues to drink beautifully. I consider this a special occasion wine and Fathers' Day provided the perfect excuse to pop a bottle! Decanted about 2 hours. A beautifully balanced wine with notes of plum, black raspberry, cassis, with hint of spice and damp earth. Tannins are soft and well integrated. Paired perfectly with grilled dry aged rib eye steaks and lobster tails with herb butter. For me, this is a perfect wine and it hasn't even peaked yet!

I purchased this cab franc/merlot blend 10+ years ago, very limited release with only 10 cases produced. Decanted about 1 hr. The cab franc shined through nicely with notes of plum, dark cherry, glycerin, cedar. Tannins were soft and well integrated, long finish. Definitely a very nice wine, unfortunately that was my only bottle! No rush to consume for those holding bottles.
