A pleasant wine but nothing very special. Quite fruity. Not very mineral/complex.

Really enjoyed it. Tannins were perfectly integrated. Nice balance, pretty long finish. Great pairing with a skirt steak.

Very elegant and fruity wine. Light bodied. Lovely fruity nose (fresh strawberries). On the palate, well balanced with great acidity but pretty light and lack of complexity. Maybe it will gain with age.

I enjoyed this wine. Juicy and rich but balanced and has a nice spicy finish. Very interesting the day after with more smoky, vegetal tasting notes.

Always very pleased with this wine. A lot of concentration and so elegant at the same time.

Nose: honey, chamomile, ripe pineapple (without the sweetness)
Palate: dry, citrus, grassy, kiwi.
Short finish.
It is (probably a bit) past its peak but still very enjoyable. Better after a while in the glass and getting close to room temperature.

First bottle was a bit off.
Second bottle much more pleasant. It was definitively time to open it but was still showing nice aromatics.

This bottle was more lively and enjoyable than the previous one. Nice surprise. Still had some nice acidity. I really enjoyed it.

I was expecting a bit more complexity. I think the bottle I opened had reached its peak.

Good cote du rhone wine but nothing crazy about it. Balanced, fruity and nice structure, short finish.

Great surprise. The previous bottle of this wine I opened (probably 6 or 9 months ago) was a bit off but that one was great. Fully matured. Ripe fruits & full of spices, almost a bit smoky. I really enjoyed it. Too bad that was my last bottle.

Similar to my first post: good wine, well balanced, nice fruity profile but not very complex.

Great surprise! I really enjoyed it even after 13 years in the bottle. Could definitely taste all the old wine characteristics but still balanced and very pleasant. However it was time to open it.

One of my favorite burgundy wine maker! I have never had a bad wine from him. Even this burgundy Aligoté after 6 years in bottle tastes balanced and very nice. Too bad it was my last bottle..

I really enjoyed it. I would have not expected it to show still some nice acidity after 8 years... Even though it was time to open it. I had 3 bottles of this wine and the 2nd bottle I opened 6 months ago was more tired and flat than the 3rd one I opened last night.

I liked it, however it is time to open it. It starts to be a bit oxidized but still has showing some acidity and minerality. I had it with sushis and the pairing was great.

Nice wine but pretty simple. I remember trying his white wine and really enjoying it. This red wine has a good balance, nice acidity, earthy aromas and well made. It got better the day after. I like what someone said in a different comment that this wine reminds him a good Beaujolais wine. A little bit more earthy and smoky than a Beaujolais but same profile.

The wine was pleasant but you could see (orange red color) and taste that it was time to open it. The fruity aromatics were gone, tasting notes were earthy, leathery. it was still balanced but with a bit of metallic finish.

Great wine. Bought it on sale in Chicago for around $30. It is not very complexe but it is balanced and has nice aromatics. I recommend it.
