5/1/22, 11:45 PM - I do remember exactly what dish we had, but I remember it had citrus acidity that paired well with the wine. not have more experience with by Farr Chardonnay except for this bottle so I am not inclined give any recommendations on cellaring. I really liked the wine when I had it young, it might be better with a year or two in the cellar if you like a bit more complexity.
