Clear bottled pet-nat, large bubbles, lemon zest, very dry, small amount of sediment. I’m going to disagree with others here. I enjoyed it and would buy again. Good QPR from garagiste.

3rd day in and I’m really enjoying it. 1st day was a bit bitter, closed and acidic. Now it has mellowed and tastes richer. Holding my other bottle until 24-25.

Much better than my first bottle of this vintage. Seems to be gaining some complexity with hints of strawberry on a light backbone of oak. Smoother, too. Medium body, medium acid.

Still drinking fine but losing the racing (and lovely) acidity of precious bottles. Rounder here, more fruit forward with notes of apple and grapefruit. Drink now imho.
