a wonderful wine! very subtle, combination of several vineyards of Weinbach pinot blanc wines - dry but fruity beginning, followed by minerality and perfect acidity, finishing long with a touch of salinity. Paired with tilapia en pappiote with vermouth in the sauce. Incredible pairing. Only have one bottle and cannot find more!

decanted 2 hours. very dry, little fruit forward, funk, terroir and tannin in the long finish. gassed the bottle and on day 2 it tasted the way Parker described it - delicious red fruit forward followed by integrated and smooth layered finish with resolved tannins. Merlot came through! I suggest waiting another year or two

Enjoyed a bottle at Tour D D’Argent with family celebrating my 80th. Paired with Quinelles. No decant opened over an hour with mango, brioche and crème brûlée flavors, long finish, complex, layered with spice and goat notes in end. Nice acidity. Great terroir. A memorable wine of 34 years.

The best of the Aussie Cabs. And my last one. wonderfully complex and layered. Seamless with soft but perfect tannins. Not a big bad cab like california, but more in the French style and made to go with food.

popped and poured, at about 50 degrees. Spectacular! wonderful crisp fruit forward, followed by spice and toast and looong finish of minerality and acidity with subtle fruit notes. No oak, no buttery stuff in this wine. Great body that coats the tongue. may be the best CA style chard I've ever had and compares favorably with Peter Michael and its ilk.

one of a kind, complex, and as per Parker: Honey and caramel notes adorn tropical fruit, with hints of pineapple and guava framed and supported by orange and lime zest. It's full-bodied and rich, with a long, lively finish. A real beauty
