8/20/20, 4:08 PM - No my GF was in a hurry
8/15/20, 2:36 PM - First sip I thought this was too weak and thinkikgndamn but after an hour this baby had serious body. It's decently available in the UK for a good price, given the 99pt rating
12/11/18, 3:05 PM - Yeah I hear he's talented ... what do you suggest?
1/25/18, 2:24 PM - With every sip I just keep saying 'wow I can't believe it'
9/11/17, 3:43 PM - Really well made wine with great fruit. Happy I tried it and bought a few more bottles afterwards.
8/31/17, 11:30 PM - Good question. The 2014 Mouton is a beautiful young wine and so much more accessible and even delicate than I typically find French wines in their youth. Compared to the hyped 2015 amd 2016 the gorgeous 2014 offers, by contrast, amazing value. I have no doubt the 2014 will drink beautifully for a long time but Im intrigued whether it will feel as suprising light, youthful and delicate or if it will add some weight and more concentration over the years. Anyway I bought a half dozen of them so I look forward to finding out!
8/19/16, 6:47 AM - Filed it correctly, but can understand why you may enquire. I found the palate odd for Margaux or for any other first growth for that matter. Not what I expected at all. Perhaps an odd bottle.
7/3/16, 1:37 PM - Awesome review. Wow you captured this wine well.
3/27/16, 10:34 AM - I thought the 2013 was brilliant. The 2014 to me tasted like a zinfandel set distinctly against a claret. Id agree that if it integrates over the years (as it should do) there's indeed a lot of harmonious potential. Good thing given that I have half dozen!
