Great red Mallorca wine. Chocolate, oak, red berries with smooth tannins and a quite long finish makes this wine outstanding, perhaps because I’ve cellared some years. Great with a meat dish.

Discrete nose of fresh fruits. On the palate fruity with good balance and medium body. Some fruit sweetness in the finish. A good Italian white wine, DOCG San Gimignano.

A classic rose wine. On the nose mostly cranberries and the palate almost like a tasty watermelon juice with some hints of bitterness. God summer wine and perfect combo with ham and cheese.

Aired about one hour before consumtion.
A great amarone with a balanced palate with smooth tannins, dried plums, leather, chocolate, raisins and dried cherries. Long and pleasant finish. The wine has developed a lot in my cellar, maybe on top right now. It can’t be so much more tasty.

My favorite riesling is bone dry, crispy, clear and clean with high acidity and hints of lime, lemon, mineral and green apples in a perfect balance. This 2012 vintage has developed in my cellar and got a little bit rounder and even more complex on the palate. A great companion to our shellfish dish and a great riesling!

On the nose this magnifique kiwi sauvignon blanc is like an early nordic springtime morning with subtile hints of grass, green leafy plants and crispy freshness. On the palete a fresh and mouthwatering feeling of gooseberries, nettles, grapefruit and mineral hints. Medium finish with a pleasant fresh mouthfeeling. A masterclass wine.

On the nose descrete fruity and hints of lemon and mineral. Mouthfilling with a pleasant crispy taste of green apples, lemon and mineral hints. Rather high acidity but with an excellent balance in the wine. Long fresh finish. Overall a good German riesling with a great QPR in the Swedish market.

A brilliant wine. On the nose yellow apples, citrus and hints of fresh herbs. In the mouth a clear, crispy and fruity feeling with some minerality. Long pleasant finish. A wine to enjoy by itself or together with seafood.

Was a little worried about this vintage, did I cellar this wine too long? No, this turned out to be a great wine.
Decanted about 1 h. Beautiful blood red color. On the nose plenty of dark fruits as plum and blueberries with some alcoholic hints. On the palette a great delicious mouthfilling taste of dark berries, vanillia, chocolate and smooth tannins. Long and pleasant finish.
A great well balanced wine in it’s peak right now I think. Wish I had some more, but just one more left.

A very delicate Marlborough SB. Pleasant aromas of lemon and lime. On the palate a very delicate taste of lemon and grapefruit with a great freshness. Long crispy and clean finish. A very good SB from Marlborough, NZ.

Decanted 1h. Nose of dark berries, blueberry, discrete oak tones and herbs. Medium bodied with taste of dark berries, plums, herbs, vanillia, chocolate and a medium finish. A great wine, easy to drink and paired excellent to our beaf steak. Will be interesting to follow this vintage for the next five years.

Not decanted. Pleasant smooth nose of dark berries. Tasted dark berries and discrete spicies with a smooth and full bodied mouthfeeling with pleasant finish. Easy to drink and paired perfect with our beuf bourgogne.

First time I tasted Georg Breuer wine. Great mouthfeeling, I really liked this riesling. Clear yellow color. Nose with lime, green apple and mineral hints.
On the palete lime, minerality, green apples, hints of fruit sweetness and some smooth spices. Long pleasant finish. A great riesling.

A dry and crispy riesling with discreet nose of citrus, green apple and a hint of mineral. On the palate fresh, dry, crispy, green apples and some minerality. An easy to drink wine with a good QPR. Goes well on it's own and paired well with a fine fish dish. A good basic riesling.

Fresh medium intensity aromas of lime, green apple and a small hint of petroleum. In the mouth very dry, fresh and clean with lime, lemon and petroleum. Long pleasant finish.
Paired well with sushi and also easy to drink on it´s own.
I will buy this again and store some in my cellar for another 4 - 5 years.

This 10 years old Cab. Sauv. is an excellent food wine with typical pleasant cassis nose and a fruity palate with surprisingly firm tannins. Decanted 6 hours before tasting and paired well with a meat dish.

Bright golden color, nose with hints of exotic fruits, flavor smooth with low acidity and hints of exotic fruits and a small sweetness with some oily hint. In the finish some nice bitterness. Paired with sushi.

Next day: Even more smooth and in the finish just a pleasant hint of bitterness.

Overall a very pleasant wine together with sushi or on it´s own. Will be interesting to follow this wine the coming years.
