This is truly amazing to me, lots of lychee and not too sweet, I wish we had a few cases of this in the cellar... sigh...this was our last bottle.... drank on my 60th BD with my daughter 😍

Riesling a bit more sweet than what we are used to, also some effervesence. Honey crisp apple flavor, my bo really liked it and he usually does not like rieslings LOL!

So surprisingly delicious! Raspberry juice color, also very jammy raspberry flavor, some smokey notes , lots of tanins, Wow! Need to go visit the winery next summer very impressed would buy more and keep a while longer too!

OMG so good-- the robe starting to show some age- nose still not showing sign of age- flavor very fruity on dry fruit fruit side (date) so well rounded. wish we had more this is our last bottle…

This was my last of 6 and I wish I had waited this long to drink the other as I really think it is now at it’s peak! Velvety, full of currents and plum. We paired it with a fire pit grilled steak and it was magnificent! Merci my friend Rolland L for sharing this great buy with me back in 2015!

Such a wonderful riesling, perfectly balanced on acidity and minerality. Like CAMWHEELER wrote, has a “lick of sweetness” in mid palate, really wow. I am loving the fruity apple notes, this is simply perfect drank at 12 degrees C which I think was perfect temperature. I am so thrilled that i have 2 more in the cellar, yippeee!

Drank with first BBQ steak of 2021, first sip was scary.... with aeration OMG I do not want to finish the bottle (I only have one....!) divinely spicy (almost too much but with aeration it becomes perfect!); still lots of tanins, figs, lots of dept- from Ontario Canada, so proud to be Canadian!

Wonderful dept and acidity+ freshness not too oaky some mineral really a big surprise as we did not expect it to be soooo good and only $17! Sad I do not have a few other in the cellar!

Wonderful with lots of body due to the 6 month in the oak, just enough buttery notes to make it perfect. Pear apple vanilla perfection, and so proud that it is from Ontario and Organic. Not enough ooooo’s to truly describe it. Going to order more Nuit Blanch this week cause we only have 6 left in our cellar!

I have been loving Petalos for quite a number of years however this millesime 2018 seems not to be as good as usual, easy drinking and fruity but not as complex as I would have liked!

OMG I did not expect this to be so wonderful! Not enough o’s in smooth to describe this wine, perfect to end a pretty bizarre year.... full mouth heaven, yes some mineral some vanilla and lot’s of yum. I want to go back to Niagara region in 2021... Happy New Year everyone!

spicy on the nose.... lots of cinnamon! for sure needs aerating... vanilla spice flavors, very low on fruty notes in my mouth... but nice dept; quite interesting, very nice with the Ricardo mushroom rissoto I made tonight.... Also,it m

I must say it has a bizarre nose at the start, spicy but weird spicy....thankfuly the flavor is something else- after breathing it a bit. Cherry fruity, good but light, probably a bit passed the prime but very nice with our Ricardo meatball and squash, I have another bottle we shall drink before the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine LOL!

deeper than what we are used in Pinot. The nose is unbelievably delicious- dry fruit, figue, wow wow wow. Wait till you taste it.... OMG this is such a great surprise, some tanins, dry fruit, dry cherry- I wish I had 6 more bottles, very very very impressed! good evening!

Nice light yellow color,very little nose unless our painting spree today burned our sense of smell ��! However the taste is explosivelly fresh with so much nice mineral, gosh we love Southbrook! Glad we have 5 more in our cellar as this wine with it’s tanin would probably keep and age so well, buth then again we adore it now ! Cheers!

following last night 2008 Chateau Montelena this one we think is even better, maybe more at it’s peak? Nice bright yellow (chardonneret-finch) color. Nose is light with citrus caramel if that even exist as a descriptor! Now the flavor so smooooth light caramel butter notes but not overpowering, nice acidity simply a joy to sip on this beautiful summer day. Bonnes Vacances!

Deep sunshine color, we let it breath a little- served at 10 degrees, did not disapoint, so full in the mouth like we were drinking a red wine. A tad bit of vanilla, not too much, then orchard fruit- green appleish, some mineral. So full in the mouth. Reminded us that we need to watch the movie Bottle Neck! A magnificent wine and a magnificent evening. Need to go back to Napa soon :)

Drank it a the winery on a 30 degrees ++ sunny day on their beautiful pation- it is fresh not sweet (unsure what other comments talk about !!). I am not into rosé usually but I really enjoyed this one! Looking forward to drinking the 2 from our cellar!

One of the best wineries in Canada and this one did not dissapoint on a beautiful sunny and warm Canada Day! Deep Dark color, dry fruit on the nose. First sip a Wow- OMG I love this wine and I am so happy to have 2 more in my cellar LOL! Soooo smooooth, low tanin and ever so exquisitally smoooooooth- dry fruit a bit of dry fig and cherry notes, it is simply perfect. We are So happy to be going to Niagara region wineries next weekend! HAPPY CANADA DAY! /

We aerated this baby first.... Nice deep color dark berry notes on the nose- first sip quite woody then black berry cassis notes. Did I ever say I adore Thirthy Bench wines?! This is simply a perfect Merlot, I bet it could age some more but I do not have anymore in my cellar.... returning to my glass now... !

Color light raspberry jam color with copper rim. Light fruity jam nose with some earthy notes. Wine is surprisingly well balances, dark cherry jammy notes with chocolate notes at the end. We really liked it! Thanks Boubou as I think you made me buy this wine- I do miss you...

Drinking this on the chalet terrace on May 5 2019, it finally feels like spring although lots of snow left and lake is not close to melting yet (I think it will be melted on May 19)! Nose on the Cherry side, nice dark color. Flavor cherry, smokey, woody and awsome- I am certain it will cellar for a few years so we need to get more for sure... and Gilles says it is super “good” so that says a lot LOL! My dad would have loved this wine too; I am thinking of him a lot today miss you Boubou :(
