Fruit forward and clean tasting. Not sweet. Great with steak, chicken or jalapeno poppers. I could drink this everyday.

smooth silky eminately drinkable. garnet colored cherry and raspberrty flavor very smooth. Great with Mexican spices.

Everything a cab should be. It will get a much higher score in a couple of years.

Smell's of Cherry and Black Currant. Taste is Cherry and Smooth, a bit tight right out of the bottle.

Dark nearly black color.

On day 2 smells even more berry wonderful, tannins still strong.
Day 3 Smooth and easy drinking, tannins still present Cherry and Black Currant flavor still yummy.

Smell's of Cherry Raspberry and Black Currant. Smooth Dry and fruity but not fruit forward. Awesome now and I am looking forward to tasting this vintage in a couple of years.

This wine has all the awesomeness of Syrah and a bit of zin. Not being familiar with mourvedre I am not sure what to say. Black berry and currant and cave. With pepper and smokey leather. I enjoy it.

This wine just gets better with time. But then that is what wine is supposed to do.

Blackberry and cherry flavors. Goes with Pork and stuffing or steak and fried potatoes. Turns either meal 5 star. No dark chocolate though. Still looking for the wine that stands up to dark chocolate.

I am in love. Smooth even tannins. A little mineral in the nose and back of the mouth. It is not fruit forward at all but it is tasty and watch the kick 15% alcohol it killer.

this wine had aged a bit and with aeration was smooth as silk. Too bad I just don't care for Merlot much.

It was good with my hamburger though.

Light Crisp hint of citrus, nice minerals, dry not sweet. Refreshing. Do not pair with PB&J. But hits the spot after a hard day and goes down very smooth.

Every time I open a bottle (all from the same order) it is better than the one before. I am pleased I have 5 more bottles. Easily as good as any French Champagne that I could not or would not easily pay for. Bright and crisp and full of mineral and pear. A hint of citrus and clean refreshing sip after sip.

This wine is young. Aerated and decanted it is dry and smooth and balanced and fruity.

Aged it is going to be phenomenal. I will be buying some to hang onto for a year or three.

This wine sold out fast. Note to self next vintage buy more.

clean crisp. Buttery but not overly so. refreshing, tastes a bit like pear. Smooth.
The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle.

This wine has a deep purple color. The nose is black current and plumb. The flavor Peppery blackberry. Went very well with my ham dripping gravy and mashed potatoes with a side of ham.

It is very dry, the tannins are not quite balanced but will be with another month or two.

I am a huge fan of Shiraz and this one is exactly what I expect from an exceptional Shiraz. Smooth full bodied, nice fruity nose, ever so slightly acidic tongue. Long finish.

Lemony goodness with just enough pear to keep you from puckering. Delicious, as it mellows the pear becomes more evident. There is nothing bad to say about this wine. It is delightful. And I am a red drinker.

As Merlot's go this one is not bad. Berry flavor and nose. Acidic Smooth. I am not a huge merlot fan but this was okay.

It tastes of Cherry and Berry. It is smooth from the front of the mouth all the way down. I have never met a merlot I liked. And this one I love.

I like this one better than the Eponina Brut. Not quite as dry, not quite as bubbly. Exceptional and delicious. Get a case when you can.

This is one of my favorite wines.
The wine looks crimson colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like mineral, plum and pomegranate. It tastes like black currant (cassis), plum, mineral and chocolate. The body is medium/full. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes long and smooth and goes really well with my world famous meatloaf. But I didn't let it breathe.
