2016 Domaine Drouhin Oregon Chardonnay Arthur Dundee Hills

Golden, translucent color. Lifted aromatics of green apple, lemon and baked bread/malo. Bright initially (lemon, honey) but super acidic and almost sour on the back-end. Round, creamy flavors on the finish. Won't be to everyone's taste, as the acidity in the middle is quite bracing.

Very similar to previous bottle (so won’t repeat myself). My hunch is that this could improve in the next 2-3 yrs, so I will try to stay away from my remaining bottle for a while.
