Perfect yellow greenish color, steely, lemon, apple and iodine, good length. Another perfect 2008 Forest. Strange that I had so far no problems with this vs premox issues with the Séchet and Vaillons of the same year.

Red currant, cherries and a lot of spices (white pepper, gloves), I did not decant, but it needs definitely some air. Good density and length, still a fresh wine, in-line with the vintage, at the beginning of it’s drinking window.

Red fruit, cherries and some strawberries, lean and fresh, coming from a cold year with minor maturity, nevertheless harmonious and well together. Ready to drink, will not improve imho.

Perfect Chablis Village: Saline, iodine, lemon. It developed very well, good tension and length, very good for the level.

Citrus and saline notes, as usual for the Kieselberg. It is not the most complex wine of Mosbacher, but I like its mineral straightness.

Not as good as the last one 2 years ago, pretty spicy (cloves), the fruit lost a bit his intensity. Still very good, but not (anymore) on the level of its 2010 counterparts.

Mainly citrus, the wood is well integrated, in a perfect spot right now, there is a certain creaminess with enormous length. Wonderful Meursault of a year, which Jobard really nailed.

Needed an hour in the glass to unfold: Mainly red fruit (beside others strawberries), smoky elements, spices (white pepper, cinnamon, cloves), ripe tannins, still a quite high acidity, superb density and length. Tremendous village wine, at the beginning of its drinking window. Excellent and more to come.

Full bodied Pinot, earthy with sweet, nearly jammy notes, frankly a bit too much for me. Most probably some additional years will help to better integrate the overwhelming fruit.

Orange peel, iodine and the white pepper notes typical for Les Clos, here is clearly the density and power of a Grand Cru, but it is not fully convincing, because of the not totally clean notes of the 2006 vintage....

After some bad experiences with oxidized 2008 Dauvissat wines, this one is without any problem: ripe citrus fruit, sea shells, and a nice salinity. Pretty dense, middle tension and length (2006).

In line with the last bottle I had a month ago: dark red fruit, cherries and a lot of soil. After opening quite awkward, totally on the earthy elements, needed some 15 minutes of aeration to develop. This is a dense, earthy, top notch Chambolle Villages.

On the first sip the wine is not really open but powerful and long. With aeration there is sea breeze, white pepper and some floral stuff along with white orchard fruit. The wine has an impressive power, the aromatic side is not yet fully developed.
