Served maybe a fee degrees too chilled (8-9 degrees). Very high in acidity and non-revealing and tight on the nose and pallet. Opened up after some air and also with some degrees higher temperature. Good champagne, but not too impressive - at least not this bottle.

Nice, elegant, fresh and balanced wine. Strawberries, raspberries , a bit of spiciness and floral tones. Fresh, balanced taste that sticks around for quite some time. Drinkable now, but could for sure be kept a few years.

Black berries, chocolate, coffee / mocca and sweet licorice on the nose. Concentrated, dark fruit and berries with soft tannins and elegant acidity on the palet. Maybe a bit too "berry-sweet" for my taste.

Don't hold on to it longer.

Koncentrerad doft med tydliga mognadstoner som drar åt choklad och välitegrerad balanserad ek. Björnbär, svartavinbär, fräsch doft. Koncenterad smak med rostade nötter, frukt, silkeslena tanniner, mörka bär och en pigg friskhet. Peak-time enligt min mening!

Well below expectations. Burnt, black over-due cherries, grassy, harsh herbs. Not a pleasant experience. Got a Little better the second day, but will not buy again.
