Outstanding Chablis. Rich yellow color with pleasant aromas of honey and peaches. This is a full-flavored wine with classic mineral characteristics of wines from Chablis. The finish of this rich Premier Cru was creamy, smooth and impressive.

Deep ruby red color with dark berries on the nose. A nice, well-balanced flavor on the palate and the smooth tannins (after 8 hours of decant time) led to a full and lasting finish. Very well made for a 2003.

A terrific Cab made even more enjoyable @ $10 per bottle. According to the winemaker, twenty percent of the fruit was air dried (in the same fashion as Italian Amarone), giving this wine an edge over more traditional Cabernets. Very, very true -- a luxurious Cab.

Surprised by the less than positive comments about this wine. I thought it very good, especially for a $9 bottle -- fresh, black fruit flavors, some spices, and just the right amount of tannins. A nicely balanced food wine. A very good QPR wine
