The bottle was signed by Vic Bourassa himself! This medium bodied wine has a straw-like hue with some legs. The aroma is of pear and kiwi with a bit of sweetness. The wine hits the middle to the sides of my tongue which is indicative of a slight tartness. Very refreshing and pairs well with a granny smith apple salad.
