this was very good...showed lots of deep red and black fruits, despite being so old...and while it had fruit, it was not a young wine by any means...drank side by side with an over the hill '04, this was quite good

showing lots of red and purple fruits on nose and palate...it seems a bit like it lacks acidity, but more then that, the fruit is flatter...just that style, i guess...improves with some air

opaque dusty red color...strong cherry aromas. also, there was a sweetness to the smell that seemed independent of the cherry aroma...the cherry continues on the palate, along with other red and black fruits. shows quite a bit of fruit...a solid wine, would buy again.

would agree with Johnnyo's impression of this wine, as it has solid up front fruit, but falls apart on the back end...serving with food helps a little, but not tremendously.

has a very "cabernet sauvignon" flavor profile, with sweet black current flavors...all in all a fine drink, but not distinct or memorable...this bottle had lots of sediment on the bottle interior, almost rendering the bottle opaque

was a bit thin/acidic when opened, so decanted for a bit (30 min or so) and then consumed over a couple of hours from decanter...fruit fleshed out, and offered fairly standard mourvedre profile (however you want to quantify that) with the darker flavors/aromas, many that aren't fruit based...kinda disappointed by this wine, oh well...

this wine is drinking really well right now...this was my last bottle, and might have been the best...strong dark fruits, with a bunch of blueberry and blackberry...also, some sweet oak...would suggest open now if you're still holding these

dusty red color...strong clove and cinnamon aromas, with some vanilla and a bit of fruit in the back...blueberry flavors, along with some oak. dry finish, despite sweet fruit front...there is a bit of a "fake" fruit flavor aspect to it, but it is not an unpleasant wine to drink

lots of sweet fruit on both the nose and palate...I scored the '06 of this wine 89, and I think this wine is similar, but my palate has changed, leading me to label this wine as one dimensional...it is very good at what it does, but I don't really want that any more...

lots of dried red fruits/berries on the nose. also a little bit of funk (but not bad)...very "clean" taste (as opposed to the funk on the nose), with red fruits continuing on the palate...solid, well made wine that even offers a little character!
