I can only concurr with previous ratings: this is absolutely, stunningly good and young. Tasted blind, you wouldn't give this wine half its age!
The quality is very good, but that of a good village wine.
What is really amazing is how well still has kept, still full of tertiary, dark notes of root, damp earth, truffle. Just lovely.
After being opened for over one hour, the wine starts to feel a bit tired, but I guess this is only fair.

Perfectly mature, with textbook notes of soot, cold smoke, pencil shavings, blackcurrant, tomato leaf.
Silky smooth, drink up now, over the next 2 to 3 years to enjoy the fruit that is still present.

Previous comments pretty much sum it.
Oaky? Yes.
Very ripe and high in alcohol? Yes.
Not very fine and over the top? Yes.
Yet somewhat fun to drink if you're not feeling like getting too intellectual about wine? Yes.

Rock solid.
Starting to offer good drinkability, but no rush whatsoever.
Refined, polished, but with solid matter and a certain masculinity.
Delicious.

Still way too early, I hoped some extensive decanter time would break it open, but not really.
Slightly over sweet fruit, high alcohol at 14%, but overall balance is achieved.
Will wait at least 4-5 more years until opening the next one.

I love Jura and Tissot's wines. I bought and opened this with a positive bias. It's good, singular and unique, but 15% abv and very high dry extract make it slightly unbalanced to my taste...

Had forgotten this, so popped and poured with little expectations for a 500ml bottle of 13 yo natural Vin de France. Well, it was signing, reminiscent of Hauvette, only lighter in style. Drinking beautifully now, smooth, round, bright.

Nothing awfully wrong, but nothing terribly exciting about this wine.
Still young, fine powdery tannins, but lacking personnality to truly deserve a higher score.

Fabulous example of Pegau CdP: leather, spices, garrigue. Decant 2 hours ahead, as this was quite spritz and just grew immensely in the glass over the hour it was tasted. Mature, but will keep for many years still.

Well worth the release price.

90 minute decant. Expressive nose, showing beautifully integrated, fine oak. The palate is silky smooth, it did deserve that ageaing. Drinking beautifully now, with 5 to 10 years ahead of it easily. The mid palate is not the most dense, but it gives the wine a delicate side that is very nice.

Great aromatics, almost reminding us of Alsace in its floral, fruity purity. Archetypal Puligny, delicious now and with a great future ahead.

Typical Priorat concentration of black fruit, graphite, cocoa powder, charcoal, liquorice. The nose is intense and expressive, palate still tight and young, with fine-grained, but still slightly assertive tannins. Just starting to enter drinkability, do decant for 2 hours if you decide to open now. To pair with game like deer.

An absolutely gorgeous wine. Tasted blind with a group of savvy wine industry people, people were guessing Cheval Blanc 1989 here, or Margaux 1990 there! Definitely of first growth level, racy and refined like no other American Cab I have ever had. Fabulously complex nose of blackcurrant, with a minty component, scorched earth and mind-blowing black truffle, esthery aromas, it stole the show. Tannin are silky and fully resolved. Drinking great now, would drink in the next 5 to 10 years.

Fantastic bottle, starting to enter maturity, with great complexity on the nose, showing petrol, candied lemon, slightly nutty notes, flint. Fabulous purity on the palate, precise and mineral, racy yet voluptuous in its density. A real treat to start drinking now.

Completely shut down, muted, much like a first bottle opened 4 years prior. I doubt this is ever going to open up, despite its impressive pedigree. Hold just to see, as there is no point to drink now.

Tasted fully blind, with a bunch of serious tasters.
My guess was top notch Cornas, deep colour, resolved tanins, packed with black olive tapenade, ink, blackcurrant.
When the mystery was lifted, major surprise for all tasters.
A very nice bottle, perfect to enjoy just now

Drinking beautifully not.
Quite evolved for a white Burg, but developing nice aromas of wax, yellow flowers, rich fruit. Nice balance, not overly alcoholic or oaky. Clearly in its' peak drinking window at the moment, for another 2-3 years I'd say.

Fully mature, this explodes out of the glass with toffee, coffee, roasted, caramel notes. 1989 was a very hot year and it shows in the level of maturity in the fruits you get on the palate. This is drinking well now, no point in keeping this much longer, as the acidity level is not super high.

Compelling wine, one that will drag you into the glass. Make sure you have time in front of you and the right concentration to appreciate the wine. Lithe, bracing acidity, fabulous balance, a real racy personnality. Highly recommended, and actually pretty value at this price.

Good wine, but it felt at a slighly odd place at the moment of opening. Given that 2011 is a poor vintage, I was hoping that a top notch terroir like Les Saint-Georges would shine through. It does, in a way, but not as much as I thought. I would recommend keep this one for another 3 years, or give it adequate decanter time (at least a full hour) before drinking.

Big nose that jumps at you, full of butter (slightly rancid at first), nuts, flowers and citrus fruit. The wine evolved a lot over the hour or so it was drunk, going from what we thought might be signs of premox (slightly oxidative) to a full-on, complex white Burg. A fuller, more intense styme of Puligny, not the lean, focused style I normally associate with the appallation.

Drunk blind.
Major green pepper aromas on the nose, that evolves quickly towards something more complex and refined.
Very poor vintage, but great terroir ends up in a wine that our group ended correctly identifying as Left Bank Bordeaux.
Not much interest in waiting any longer: drink up!

Shows very good typicity of both the Beaune AOC and of the 2008 vintage, with a lot of grippy acidity.
This is ready to drink now, but will still require a good hour in a decanter to open up fully. Drink over the next 5 years.

A classic ZH style, roaring out of the glass, very upfront, intense, and therefore maybe lacking a little bit of finesse?? The palate is dense, thick, interesting, but a little bit hot (14% ABV) and slightly disjointed. Nothing wrong, but nothing to get me super thrilled either to be honest.

Nothing thrilling here. Nose is discreet, but agreeable.
Palate is rather dull at best: little flesh or fruit, mainly (soft and fine-grained) tanins and an average length finish. Not sure this is ever going to get much better, but will wait until I open next bottle, as there is little excitement in drinking this now.

This is great. Full of flesh, gorgeous hi-tone, high pitch aromatics. Palate and colour look much younger than 2002. It may lack a little bit of definition and purity, but makes up for it with great poise and charm. Start to drink now, over the next 10 years.

Was very excited to try this, as the idea of California Gamay is just super sexy. Wine was fine, varietal with strawberry, dairy component, not too banana-y, but lacking the zip, fresh minerality that Cru Beaujolais has and makes it so delicious. Happy to have bought, but would not fill up the cellar on it.

Mindblowing stuff. Full of black fruit, incense, ronce, smoke, but with lots of poise and refinement. Tasted blind, I did think for sure it was Grand Cru from Côte de Nuits, like Clos de la Roche or Chambertin. Fantastic effort, very small production. Worth buying and saving for a great occasion.

Very, very good wine, but still so young. Currently needs a full 2 to 3 hour decant. Dense, compact pinot fruit, full of rocks, dark, black fruit. A perfect wine for fall, gamey dishes. Not a singing Pinot, more of a dark, tight "hunting wine".

Still pitch black, without a deep purple hue.
Very intense nose, spicy, oaky.
Tanins are quite fine, but very abundant and clearly play a leading role in this wine's personnality. Tasted blind, I would have guessed oaky Cali Cab or Cab/Shiraz blend from Australia. Decant if you open now, or wait another 3-5 years without a problem.

Just starting to open up, but really no rush.
A heady nose, dark, full of bramble, blackberry bush, spices, cola.
A certain rooty freshness to it, definitely with a wild side to it.
Tasted blind, a first guess was almost correct, and then most tasters actually thought this wasn't French.
Has a lot of poise and is clearly more on the "hunting wine" side (think Méo-Camuzet) than on the fruity, signing side.
Worth keeping another few years to let it come into its own, or decant a couple of hours ahead.
