7/25/22, 5:32 AM - No I got it out from wine cooler about 2 hours ahead. Opened bottle about 15 minutes before trying used a glass pour aerator to put in glasses. After 45 minutes wine was better I wanted to try wine. I think it will definitely improve but it was great I visited Pontet Canet in 2008 with 6 others They flew the American flag for us. On April 30, 2012 I attended a dinner in DC that featured 10 years of the wine. 2001-2010. Wonderful experience The 2015 ranks well
5/11/21, 4:38 PM - I agree I wish I had opened up 3 hours earlier. I had about 5 ounces left in bottle and had tonight. Really good body. Filled mouth. Balanced. Delicious.
4/30/21, 4:03 PM - Had rest of it tonight. After two days. So full filled my mouth. Big. Violets. Wonderful.

12/26/20, 7:01 PM - On day 2,3 and 6 the wine was delicious. It had a better body. Smooth.
12/18/19, 10:34 AM - My friend who did this tasting does not believe in opening and decanting for hours. I believe he opened at 5:15 and wine was poured into different wine bottle (so bottles all same). From there poured into our glasses - 2 1/2 ounce pours at 6:15. We tried wines starting at 6:45.
