10/12/21, 7:17 AM - Did you decant and if so how long do you recommend?
10/14/21, 5:11 AM - Thank you for the advice, will hold for now
10/19/19, 6:20 AM - Did you have this out of 750 or magnum?
3/26/19, 5:23 PM - This wine is delicious now. You will not regret opening a bottle. May be one of the greatest Cali cabs ever, seriously.
7/5/18, 6:59 AM - I'm thinking about opening up a bottle of this next weekend. Can you share your decant recommendations? Thanks
2/2/18, 7:27 PM - Can you share your decant strategy for this wine, thinking about opening a bottle for Superbowl
10/29/17, 5:00 PM - Overwhelming beef blood
4/5/15, 3:41 PM - 2011 Evening Land Seven Springs Vineyard
12/5/14, 10:43 AM - I will probably go back to this again in 2017. It is readily approachable now, but keep some chill on it. It is just a bit one dimensional, its more about texture at this point. But something tells me this will do very well. However I do not have it pegged as a long term ager.
10/23/14, 12:17 PM - Not too young at all. PNP and it was ready to go. No doubt it has many years ahead though.
6/24/14, 7:21 PM - 2 hour decant. Followed it over another 2 hours.
6/24/14, 7:39 PM - I hope so. I have half a bottle left to test that theory.
12/7/12, 4:31 AM - I would absolutely open one of those 3 bottles, it is drinking excellent at the moment. I would recommend a decent decant, but its not required. I decanted half the bottle for four hours, the other half in the bottle, no cork, both for 4 hours. They both performed great with the slight edge to the wine in the decanter.Anyway, I would drink one just so you know the treasure you have in the cellar.
Thanks for letting us know about this problem. We will review your comments and be in touch soon with an update.
