Finally came around after about 7 hours in a decanter the floral notes came through. Patience is the key to enjoying this one, at three hours in I was dissapointed but if you open it at breakfast, throw it in a decanter and drink at dinner you will be rewarded

This really hit its stride at about the 1 hr mark, with elderflower and pepper all over it. A delicious bottle of wine. Drank it over about 6 hours from open to finish and it held up.

I opened this and poured a little out. I was getting bacon, popcorn and strawberry on the nose and it was a bit tart initially. Gave it about 2.5 - 3 hrs in the bottle and it really smoothed out. The fruit was fantastic, raspberry and strawberry is what I was getting. A great bottle of wine, glad I have one more left.

This was good on the pop and pour and even better the second day, I drank half on day one then corked it overnight.

I would be really upset if I paid full boat for this bottle as opposed the the deep discount of $20. It wasn't bad but there is nothing to remark on or note about this bottle. Very pedestrian

Another good product from Orin Swift. I opened this and put it in a decanter for about an hour, the alcohol was heavy on the open which I expected. After an hour it had blown off decently and continued to do so over the two hours of drinking. I got some damp earth on the nose and the mid-palette was tart cherry with minor strawberry and perhaps raspberry. There was a slight hint of black pepper on the finish which I love. A very good bottle at a great price point. I'm very happy to have grabbed 12 of these

This was a good wine. I opened it and it had really no nose to speak of, cedar if anything but no fruit of note. Really tight on the first sip upon popping. I let it sit in the decanter for about 3 hours and drank over the following three. It definitely started to open up. I was getting some strawberries and still the cedar.By the last glass, approx 6 hours in, I could smell the fruit from a couple feet away from the glass. Bottom line, its a good wine, I got a great deal on it at $27 per bottle, I dont know if I would pay $60 but give it 4-5 hours of air before jumping in
