It's like a Chardonnay and a Sauvignon Blanc got married, made sweet, sweet love and had this wine baby

Very nice. Definitely needs time in a decanter. After 2 hours the nose opened up and the palate gained considerable complexity. Best with food, even when just opened. Served with braised pork butt.

Excellent and want more. Rimmerman delivers with this one, his Garagiste notes are below. Beautiful sparkler with excellent balance of minerality and fruit. Hope I have some more. Offer at $20 plus ship. From RIMMERMAN:"The essence of non-Champagne sparkling Chardonnay, Bachelier's blanc de blanc Cremant de Bourgogne is a bottle of light and energy flecked froth that is so long on the palate, the taster takes a step back to exclaim "What is this!". It's a multi-vintage blend that's crafted by hand from only the best parcels - raw materials do not lie. Instead of using also-ran grapes (as so many others do), Bachelier uses 100% Petit Chablis and Chablis grapes intended for the Domaine's top dry wines and that unusual fact alone makes this wine worth exploring."
