This may easily be the best Muller I've ever had.
Red - Sparkling

Easy going. Quite tannic on it's own, cries for a food match.
Orange
Full mouth, full depth. I love this Chenin.

Lovely perfume, but the depth is not there yet.
White
Aromatic (mango, dried apricot, herbs with a bit of honey).

Quite tannic.

Overall: Unique wine

Tannic, but opens up.
White
Lovely and unique cuvee
White
Nose upens with dominant flint.

Overall: Lovely Welschriesling worth trying.
White - Sparkling
Almost 400 Volts this year! Mainly Neuburger and Muller Thurgau, gently sparkling with high acidity and tart citrus fruit. Minus the gas, kind of reminds me of the 2020 Homok. Drinks very well. Even holds in an open bottle.
White
2020 Koppitsch Homok Burgenland White Blend (view label images)
Citrusy lemonade! A bit too harsh being the acidity. However, it pairs wirh food beautifully.
White
Perfect balance between acidity, minerality and spiciness. quite complex and long.
Overall: Just lovely.

Red
Very unpleasant palate, barely deinkable, somehow spicy and peppery.

I really like the winemakers approach, but this was a waste of money.

Long cherry afteetaste.
Red
Lovely. Blackberries + blueberries -> complex -> juicy -> earthy.

2018 Moz from Costadila. Slightly bubbly. Volatile (nail polish remover, glue) and quite aggressive on palate. Like some kombucha tends to be. It's vinegary!

Overall: Faulty as hell. Avoid this vintage.
Red
Sweetish and sour primary red fruit. Medium bodied and a bit astringent.

Food pairing with a dried Savoyenne pork sausage failed.
Orange
Ageing gracefully, but it's on a decline.
White
Orange Pinot Gris + Blanc.

Overall: Not worth the money being asked for it.

Very cloudy with a lot of stuff floating inside the bottle. White pepper, grapefruit. Spicy, medium bodied, quite astringent. So I would say quite a typical Gruner Veltliner as an orange one.

I'm not a huge fan of Gruner Veltliner, if you are feel free to give this one a try.

Red berries (cranberry), allspice, hay... develops into barnyard. Light on palate. Quite fragile, oxidizes within a day.

A classic one. It tastes exactly how I thought it would. Without a soul.

Overall: Overpriced.
White
After opening there is a profound salty minerality. A hint of botrytis and residual sugar? Then orange fruit.

Overall: A lovely wine, but not for everyone.
White
2019 Koppitsch Touch Burgenland White Blend (view label images)
Clean fruit, which lasts for days.

Overall: Not so funky.
Red
Animal nose after opening. Blows away within a day. Fruity.

Stable over a couple of days.

Overall: Drins well. Great QPR.
Orange

A lot of sediment in the bottle.

Lovely, but so fragile. Oxidized within 1-2 hours.

After a while there is a very dominant slightly bitter bread crust. It only goes away after like 2-3 days.

Overall: I would not buy again given the price.
White
After opening there is a not so enjoyable reductive smell, but it blows away. Yellow fruity, nettle. Firm acidity. Holds in an open bottle for days.

Drink or hold for a couple of years.

Overall: Lovely SG.
White
What a lovely Chard. Get everything you can.

Overall: Drinks like a charm. What a QPR.
White
What a lovely wine. Oxidative on both nose and palate. You can drink it through for a couple of days, so there is a lot of potential to be fulfilled.

Day 1: Oily texture, very long.
Day 2: More acidity.
Day 3+: Lovely balance.

15%, big and ripe. Some blackcurant, chocolate.

Overall: Quite a crowdpleaser. But for me one sample is enough.
White
2011 Korenika and Moskon Sulne Slovenska Istra / Koper White Blend (view label images)
I think it won't get any better. Not as good as the 2007.

Overall: A bit too ripe.
White
2007 Korenika and Moskon Sulne Slovenska Istra / Koper White Blend (view label images)
Overall: Mineral salty perfume. Get it if you can.

Overall: One sample enough. But it can be a crowdpleaser.
White
N.V. Korenika and Moskon Festival White Slovenska Istra / Koper White Blend (view label images)
Not interesting in any way.

Overall: Not worth trying.
Orange - Sparkling
Macerated SG + Riesling. Lovely orange fruit perfume.

Needs some time to open up in the glass. Some residual CO2 and some depot in the bottle. It's actually much better to not shake it.

It reminds me of a Green Glow by Supernatural, but with more freshness. So even better than that.

Overall: I need more. Lovely stuff.

Actually a Gruner Veltliner + bit of Muscat. 1-2 weeks on skins.

Peppery. Amazing right after opening, but it just goes down from my POV. After one glass there is no more to be discoved. I'm struggling to finish the bottle.

Overal: I would not buy again.
White
After opening the wine is a bit flat with not so enjoyable Muscat tones. Much fresher on the following day.
Red
2019 Matassa Brutal Rouge Vin de Pays des Côtes Catalanes Red Blend (view label images)
Nose: Red fruit to mediterran herbs.

Palate: Juicy, but not simple.

There is some VA, mostly in a good way to uplift the fruit, but you can smell the glue in the beginning.

Overall: So unique. You have to try it!

Light, orange fuit, with a bit of grip. Drink now. It wont get any better.

But given the price it is a bit overpriced.

Overall: A nice try.
Red
Does not offer much on nose. I think the wine is very slightly corked.

But on the palate there is the typical black cherry, smoke. Very solid wine for 12 Euro.
Red
From bought organic grapes, but within the same wineyard as it's own fruit.

Day 1: Lovely black currant fruit, juicy. A bit funky volatile, but in a good way to uplift the fruit. I love it.
Da 2+: Slightly oxidized, completely changed, but with a solid structure for the next couple of days.

Overall: A steal for 12 Euro.
Red
60% Grenache Gris and 40% Macabeu from an isolated 0.5ha parcel. Macerated for one month and then aged in an amphora. 10.5%.

The perfumed sour red fruit, the freshness... it drinks so well right now, I just love it! So unique but so delicious.

There is some noticeable grip though. There is also some VA but for me it just uplifts the fruit in a good way.

Holds very well in an open bottle till the next day.
