Opened up wonderfully after an hour. Honey, pineapple and peach. Sweet but not overly so. Great bottle.

Decanted 5 hours. Nose of blackberry, tar, chocolate and wildflower. Palate had tons of berry, charcoal and rose. Wonderful bottle, wish I had more.

Decanted for 3 hours. No mistaking this as anything other than a cali cab, but at the same time shows excellent roundness and mouth-feel. Cherry, brown sugar, clove and cinnamon as well as some milk chocolate and cherry. Great bottle but not as powerful as I would have liked.

When I first poured into the decanter the nose almost knocked me over, tons of fruit with hefty alcohol. Left the wine alone for 3 hours. When I came back the nose had mellowed out and I was left with dark fruit, a little spicy oak and very sweet jammy finish. This wine has a medium finish and a smooth almost creamy mid-palate.

Loads of vanilla, oak and little pinot funk on the nose. The palate is smooth with nice acidity, long finish.

Light golden color. Nose of honey, botrytis, petrol and an underlying floral note. The palate is light, almost refreshing, with more honey, smoke, and a finish of orange marmalade. The wine has a great deal of acidity and an extremely short finish.

very simple wine but extremely easy drink. Nose has loads of vanillia. Very Pommard like cherry flavors. Not bad juice, just a little steep in price for the lack of complexity.

HUGE wine. on the nose tons of chocolate and plum. The palate was thick and full bodied with more chocolate, earth and good fruit. This is a great wine that will continue to improve with more age

young, very young. Decanted for 5 hours and still has a way to go. I took a taste when first opened and it was almost undrinkable. After 5 hours the nose gives off some good dark fruit, and wet crushed rock. The palate is just starting to open, showing stone fruit, toast and earthy minerality. The wine has a nice long finish that should improve with age. Currently there are a great deal of tannis with this wine which should mellow out over the next few years. In 2 or 3 years this score could break into the low 90's.

Decanted for 3 hours total. Tasted at 15min: Completely closed off. 1hr: starting to show some typical Pommard berry flavors but still a little harsh, intense blackberry flavors are starting to show through. 2hr: The wine is prob about as good as it’s going to get at this stage, plenty of blackberry, blueberry and forest floor coming through. 3hr: Again, still tons of berry flavor and nice minerality but the finish is not totally gone. This wine is not going to get any better as there are no tannins to hold it together.

When it first hits the palate there is a moment when you think this wine might not be bad, it builds very nice. And then, just as soon as it comes on it disappears and you are left with harsh tannins and a finish of leafy greens/plastic. This wine is memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Decent fruit, but the oak was WAY over the top.
