Thursday, November 24, 2011 - As with another tasting note, we had this as the main turkey accompaniment for Thanksgiving dinner. The smoke was certainly powerful, but made a very unique and satisfying experience. While I would be selective with what foods I paired this particular wine, its distinctive character will have us trying another bottle or two again soon.
