This wine is peaking - drink within next 12 months. But very nice on the palate once it has had time to breathe. Decant and sit for 30min minimum. Enjoy.

Fabulous Malbec. Let it breathe for an hour in a decanter before drinking. Will drink very well over the next few years as it should improve with age as well.

Very earthy with hint of mushroom flavours. Let it breathe for 4 hours and still tight - past its prime.

Fantastic Shiraz. Allow one hour to open up before drinking. Will also last several more years.

A true Napa Cab Classic. Open it up and let it breathe for about an hour. Will last a few more years but definitely at its peak.

Excellent fruit flavors - you are really surprised by the amount of fruit for a Cab. Great now - will last for several more years.

Fantastic. Developed very nicely over the years and still has strong aromas of chocolate and cigar. Great Cab to pull out now or even leave for another couple of years.

Needed time to breathe in order to be consumed but nothing special. Held too long. Drink now if in your cellar.

Still a little closed. Needs another year or two and make sure to decant a good hour before consuming. A very good Sonoma Cab.

Great wine! Dark purple colour with a good fruit forward introduction to the palate. Notes of plum and mocha and a hint of chocolate. Make sure to decant and let breathe for a minimum of 1/2 hour.

Drank with Beef dinner. Needed time to open up as it tasted a little "sharp" right out of the cellar. Decant and wait an hour minimum. Will reward patience. But drink within the next year.

Drank with a mild/medium Sechszehn Chicken dish - perfect. Smooth and velvety - nice calming finish with the mildly spicy dish. Highly recommended.
